Welcome to Lasarte, an independent municipality since 1988, nestled just 8 kilometers from San Sebastián and where the old car racing circuit and the current hippodrome are located, a traditional meeting point where horse races are held every summer, perhaps to go after eating at Martin Berasategui's Michelin-starred restaurant.

Salakobeta is a recently built building, so new that it does not exist for Google Maps, since the Google car passed when it was just terrain. That's why we've put the closest address to the house, but don't worry. We will indicate before arrival where it is and how to get there. It is located at the beginning of the road that leads to Urnieta, in a quiet area with enough space to park without any problem, although it also has a closed garage. An area away from the hustle and bustle of the center, which can be reached in a 10-minute walk. It is close to a cider house, a supermarket and just a 15-minute walk from the Euskotren narrow-gauge train station that leads to San Sebastián, Hendaye or the coast of Zarautz, Zumaia...

Lasarte is an ideal place to establish the base to enjoy getting to know the nearby Bella Easo and the picturesque old town of Hondarribia (less than 30 minutes away by car), with its lively streets where you can enjoy the excellent gastronomy of the area, or even to make an incursion into the French Basque lands, since tourist towns on the Labor coast such as Hendaye, Biarritz, San Juan de Luz or its capital Bayonne, are less than an hour away. Like the Navarra border where you can enter the Zugarramurdi witches' coven or the beautiful towns of Ainhoa, Sara or Espelette, known for their renowned sweet pepper.

Salakobeta is a house located in a new building, with an elevator and all kinds of amenities to enjoy your stay. It is a house with capacity for 6 people divided into 3 spacious and exterior rooms with lots of natural light. Two rooms are with two beds of 1.05 each, all exterior and with large windows and a covered balcony where you can enjoy resting reading a book, or even eating quietly at a small table. The main one is a room with a bathroom with a shower included and a double bed of 1.50. The house has two bathrooms with shower, a kitchen equipped with all kinds of electrical appliances, including a dishwasher and a washer-dryer, and a spacious living room with a Smart TV, all in a modern style, with a lot of white that provides light and also with touches of noble wood that add warmth to the house. Without a doubt, a new well-equipped house with many details to enjoy with the family or whoever else you fancy.
