>Bedroom 3 ( house ) is a double size bed original french imported bed with canopy and a smart TV making it perfect for teenagers The quirky theme is mildly “ Alice” with hand painted furniture and thrifted wares .

>Bedroom 4 ( house)is a single size chesterfield wooden bunk bed also suitable for adult weights up to 120kg. This room has a jungle theme with a quirky monkey light, projector night light books and soft toys

➞The mattresses are super comfy hybrids perfect for those with pain and nerve issues We can guarantee you will have a good night's sleep the area is so peaceful however please set an alarm, as guests have been known to oversleep!!!

Parking is free street parking and the property has ring-style doorbells and side security camera as well as Minut noise sensors.

CHILDREN AND PETS
Children are welcome, we do not have extra child safety but can provide a travel cot and highchair on request. We do not accept pets or allow parties
We can offer special rates for longer stays.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
Before check-in, we will require our Short-term rental agreement to be signed. The link for this will be sent to you, along with our digital guest guide/ book. A £300 damage hold deposit is held at check-in on a card and released within 7 days. All staying guests must be registered and the lead guest must provide full details

BOOKING CONDITIONS
All the following must be provided prior to check in day to allow access

All guest names. dates of birth and gender
The short term rental agreement is signed
The holding damage deposit is paid 24 hours before check in ( this will be a credit card hold) £250
Telephone number and ID to be provided by lead guest on request


No smoking or vaping Inside
No pets
No loud music, partying or noise after 10pm
Respect the neighbours
Respect the basement plumbing system
Remember to have a good time

PLEASE REFRAIN FROM THE FOLLOWING ACTIVITIES
Moving bulk items of furniture,
Removing any decoration or appliances or items from the property

MOST IMPORTANT.
The basement has a sensitive Macerator plumbing system and therefore only toilet paper and bodily waste can be flushed . This does make a whoosh sound.
Please do not use any bleach

Safety precautions:
Please close all doors and windows, when leaving the property . Do not tamper with any smoke alarms, sensors, cameras or door bells or other security systems, All appliance and manufacturers' usage instructions are in the bottom kitchen draw.

Damage and liability:
Accidents do happen, however the guest is responsible for any damage caused during their stay and that they may be held liable for any related expenses. A security deposit will be taken at check in through our channel manager and will be held until 24 hours after checkout . We kindly ask you inform us immediately of any damages caused or failures noticed
