Incredible 6 Bed / 6 Bath Villa in Puerto Calero

Enjoy breath-taking mountain and sea views from all corners of the Villa, situated in an exclusive area just a short stroll to the famous Puerto Calero Marina.
On the first floor of the villa, there are 4 bedrooms all of which have En-suite bathrooms, three are Queen Beds and one twin room. All with modern finishes, good quality furniture and beautiful fixtures with built in storage throughout.
On the Ground floor there are a further 2 bedrooms, one with a Queen size bed and a twin, they share a bathroom. There is a living room and dining room also, all benefiting from the natural light that floods through each room.
In addition, there is a Double sofa bed in one of the living rooms Perfect for multiple families or large groups to holiday together.
The décor is modern, well equipped and has everything that you need for a perfect holiday.
Air Conditioning is installed in all bedrooms to ensure that you stay is comfortable. There is also Air Conditioning located in the main living room for added comfort.

The outdoor space has lots to offer, with an integrated BBQ and dining area, Hot Tub, lots of outdoor terraces; open and covered, with spaces for entertaining and dining, sunbathing around the vast pool terraces, and of course the private heated salt water chlorinated swimming pool, perfect for a softer swim!
There is a private tennis court, Pool Table and Tennis Table facilities, perfect for entertaining guests and having fun as a family. A true touch of class in your own holiday home.

We offer a shopping service for guests in advance, where you can send our property manager a list of what you may need for your stay, and we will get it for you for your arrival.
A welcome pack is provided for all guests which includes the necessities you may need when you arrive.

Complimentary shampoo, shower gel, soap, toilet roll, laundry cleaning tablets and general cleaning agents are provided for your stay.

The villa is located in the most exclusive part of Lanzarote – Puerto Calero, a place of beautiful restaurants, bars, boating, designer shopping and more. You can also enjoy a water taxi from Puerto Calero over to Puerto Del Carmen which is the liveliest area of the island. There you will find a huge range of bars, restaurants and shops with beautiful beaches and water sports.

Fantastic family villa and great hosts

Second time at this villa with our family of 13 (grand parents, children and 5 grandchildren (3months to 4 years old). The villa suits us perfectly, all rooms en-suite, plenty of seating areas and great outdoor spaces. The pool and hot tub are a great size and temperature. Hosts are great to communicate with and will help with any requests where they can. The location close to the port and restaurants of puerto calero is perfect.

Big Birthday Celebrations

My family and I are just home from an amazing holiday in this wonderful villa. The villa has everything you will need for a fabulous holiday. We had 1 problem with the hot water. After a short message to Andrea the host , it was sorted that day. Amazing service. Can't fault anything. My mum paid for us all to go celebrate a few big birthdays in our family. It was a perfect for us all to be together. Thank Andrea.x

Can’t say enough positive things about this villa, it has everything and more and is just perfect so spacious and carers for all ages! We have had the best week there and enjoyed every second. The pool, hot tub and outdoor facilities including tennis, pool table and tennis table were brilliant and the kids floats etc were amazing. The rooms so spacious and lovely and the whole house was just perfect. We loved the area too, easy 15 minute walk down to the marina and it really is a beautiful marina with lovely meal options!

Fabulous

The villa was better than we expected. When we arrived it seemed bigger so plenty of space for different ages in our party of 11. We booked it for a family birthday celebration and it was perfect. From the facilities in the villa to the location we couldn’t have asked for more. Communication was first rate from booking to when we were staying at the villa. We would highly recommend this villa.

Highly Recommended!

Having booked this villa to take a multi gen family it could not have been more ideal for our needs. Puerto Calero first & foremost is a beautiful area with lovely restaurants and bars. The local restaurants offer excellent quality and value for money. The walk to the marina takes little over 10 minutes and is easy enough to navigate. It is uphill on return and a couple of older guests in our group struggled a little walking back so opted to get taxis which were around €4 so very cheap and easy. We hired a car from the airport so we had use for ease of shopping and there are plenty of options within 10 mins drive for supermarkets etc. The villa itself is lovely & spacious with a brand new kitchen with great facilities. The outdoor area has plenty of space and versatility and it is not overlooked in any way, affording total privacy. We heard zero noise from outside throughout our two week stay. I would 100% recommend this villa to people (and have already done so) and we are already discussing dates as to when we can look to return as not only do we love the villa we also love Puerto Calero. Absolutely fantastic holiday which was faultless

This villa is superb. We stayed as a family but would also be great for couple's. Spacious with ample outdoor space which was what we wanted. Inside space was great with everything you need. Excellent holiday and would definitely go back

Amazing holiday, perfect in evert way!

The villa was great for us who all wanted our own bedrooms and the property had plenty of space to hide away or to be together. We loved the pool and hot tub in particular and slept well due to very comfy beds. The team were super responsive to any questions and the location is very peaceful which suited us. We had places to walk and restaurants to eat in. Recommend the Tapas in Tomato's. We found a cut through to get to Dino's in about 10 minutes which had all we needed. We would love to return, thanks Mali and the team.

Fabulous villa!

We had a fabulous stay at the villa in October half-term. As return guests we particularly loved all the recent improvements. The communal space is large (great for a big group). The kitchen is brand new and well kitted out. The hot tub is a nice addition for the evenings when the sun has gone down. We are already looking to book again!

A superb house perfectly suited for a family of eleven people

A very well-located house on the heights of Puerto Calero, clean , quiet and close to a supermarket,with sea view. The house is furnished with great taste, featuring a very welcoming living area , many relaxation space and a variety of games and amenities (heated pool, tennis,billards,table tennis...) that were greatly appreciated. Excellent communication with our hosts and very responsive services. Many thanks again for the generous welcome package and the Christmas trees.

Fabulous Villa!!

We had an amazing stay at Villa Soleada. Andrea, the host was in regular touch leading up to the booking to make sure we had everything in place. The check in was seamless and the Villa was beyond our expectations and catered well for 3 generations of family. We will definitely return!

Beautiful villa

I hired the villa to have our wedding here and it was absolutely beautiful. The most perfect place to have our special day. Gorgeous surroundings and views all round. So spacious and modern inside. The kids had the best fun to with the pool, hot tub, pool table etc. there was something for everyone. Super comfortable beds to. Amazing communication from our host from start to finish and so helpful providing table clothes etc. We loved our stay.

Beautiful House

We 3 couples enjoyed our stay in the beautiful house Soleada in Lanzarote ! The house has all the amenities a fine stay needs ! Plenty of privacy, pool, spacious rooms etc. The extra service of a private cook was excellent. We highly recommend Soleada.

Perfect star

Great villa in Puerto Calero

We stayed in Villa Soleada in Novemember. The villa is very well laid out and the 6 bedrooms were perfect for our large group of 10 adults. The kitchen was well equipped and BBQ on the lower level was great for our chef. Eating on the terrace each day was wonderful; pool and jacuzzi were excellent. The hosts were able to help with anything we needed and we would recommend.

Amazing 2nd stay at this villa

This was our 2nd stay at Villa Soleada. Previously in 2022 we had come for a week and we really noticed the upgrades the new owners had made to the layout, bathrooms and amenities. We had a fabulous time and Andrea was super responsive and flexible before and during our stay. It really must be one of the best large villas on the island and in a great location. We shall definitely be back!

Wonderful holiday in an amazing villa with fantastic friends

The entire party had a fantastic time in this wonderful place. The outside space is amazing and has lots of room for relaxing or activities. There is a fully functioning kitchen with everything you need and lots of communal space inside. A couple of the bedrooms are a little tight on space but we were only in there to sleep and get ready to go out so wasn’t an issue. There is plenty of wardrobe space with lots of hangers supplied. I really liked the digital guide that was sent to us, it explained all the relevant information we needed for our stay. We enjoyed our time so much, we are booking for next year.

The perfect retreat

Such an amazing villa, great facilities, everything to keep teenagers happy and parents to relax. So nice to have the basics there for you we didn’t even have to go straight out to the super market. Fools by the Pools

We have just returned from a fabulous week in the sun with our family at Villa Soleada Puerto Calero. The villa was fantastic. Each bedroom was en suite and the two downstairs bedrooms were almost like a stand alone self contained apartment, with its own kitchen and living area. The outside space was perfect with plenty room to either relax in the sun or sit in the shade. Combine this with the swimming pool,paddle court, pool table and hot tub there was nothing else that we could have wished for. We were also assisted by staff on hand via WhatsApp to answer any of our queries (which were probably already answered in our welcome email pack if we had read it fully 😬) It’s 12 mins walk to the beautiful marina. We had someone in our family with mobility issues so we used local taxis, which were readily available via telephone call and cost €5 to the marina or €15 to Puerto del Carmen . It was a great week which went smoothly with no issues. The villa is so large it did not feel like we were all living in the one property which is no bad thing. Puerto Calero is quiet but has the feeling of being slightly up market from its neighbour Puerto del Carmen and if you fancy a quiet week in the sun I would thoroughly recommend Villa Soleada.
