The house is bright and tastefully furnished and accommodates up to 8 guests, with a maximum of 6 adults and 2 children. The three bedrooms with double beds and the loft with additional sleeping spaces make it ideal for families or groups of friends holidaying together. Please note that access to the loft is via a steep ladder and is therefore best suited for children and teenagers. In the living room, you can gather for cosy evenings in front of the TV or enjoy the warmth of the wood-burning stove, while the energy-efficient heat pump ensures a comfortable indoor climate all year round. The kitchen is well equipped, including a dishwasher, and the two bathrooms with washing machine and tumble dryer add extra convenience to your stay. Outside, a 1,500 m² natural plot awaits, featuring a terrace, garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue. It is the perfect place to enjoy the sunshine, relax with a good book or gather the family for cosy evenings outdoors. Lynderup is known for its beautiful surroundings by Hjarbæk Fjord and the Limfjord. The rolling landscape, peaceful nature and rich birdlife create an ideal setting for a holiday close to nature. The area offers excellent opportunities for hiking, cycling, fishing and relaxing days by the water. The location is also perfect for excursions. Visit the charming cathedral city of Viborg with its shops, cafés and cultural attractions, explore the impressive limestone mines of Mønsted, or spend a fun-filled day at Jesperhus Holiday Park on Mors. The Limfjord region also offers charming harbour towns, local restaurants and plenty of opportunities to experience the unique atmosphere of the area. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
