Holiday home with swimming pool, sauna and panoramic sea views at Lynderup. The cottage is located high with fantastic panoramic views down over the fjord. The 12m2 swimming pool is indoor and has a swimming coach. From the pool room there is direct access to the large terrace with shower. The cottage is a very spacious house with high ceilings. Kitchen with i.a. ceramic hob, fridge / freezer, extractor hood and dishwasher. The living room is furnished with comfortable furniture and a dining area, flat screen TV and free wireless internet There is also a loft with sofa and an extra TV. The house's bathroom is equipped with a shower and there is also a washing machine. The sauna is for 2 people. The terrace goes all the way around the house and therefore you can always find sun and shelter. The sun rises at the back of the house where there is an exit from the kitchen. The sun moves around the front of the house and is there until sunset. The covered terrace has a reading awning on both sides. In relation to the fact that there are neighbors, the stay in the house and on the terrace is very undisturbed. On the landscaped lawn there is a small campfire site. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
