The owners have the hot tub managed by an external company. The hot tub can be booked through us, and we notify the company to set this up for you. It is an additional cost of £95.00 per stay. Do let me know if you would like to book it and I will arrange a payment request to be sent to you for the booking of it. It requires a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for it to be accepted by the hot tub company. Just a heads-up about the hot tub: the company that looks after it cleans, empties, and refills it after every guest, which is great for hygiene, but it does mean it can take up to 10 hours to fully heat back up—especially if the weather’s a bit chilly. Because we don’t control their schedule, sometimes the hot tub might not be ready until later in the evening or even the next morning after you arrive. If having it ready right away is really important to you, we totally understand if you’d rather skip this option, as the hot tub company doesn’t offer refunds.
