Molesworth Barn at High Park, Indoor Pool

This spacious 1 bedroom 1 story Barn has recently been converted transforming it into an ideal luxurious relaxing getaway for couples. The Barns at High Park were originally built in the late 1800's and are situated in the heart of the North Devon coastline. It offers easy access to beaches, moors, coastal path walks, cycle paths, golf courses, horticultural gardens, children friendly fun parks, and many other traditional outdoor and indoor recreational activities for those seeking a truly relaxing, yet active, break away from the stresses of day-to-day life.

High Park Barns has a secure, purpose-built 1 acre dog exercise field located on site. Designed with safety, freedom, and fun in mind, our fully enclosed field, with 1.8m high fencing, offers dogs the perfect space to run, play, and train off-lead in a safe and private environment. The dog field is open daily in the morning and evening for staying guests at no cost. Additional time can be booked during the day.

The barn is situated with 14 acres of private land. Within the grounds is a shared indoor swimming pool and hot-tub, and large natural lake featuring stunning vegetation and decked terrace.

This barn features a solid oak super king bed in the master bedroom, all new solid oak furniture, airconditioning, leather sofas, LED lighting and underfloor heating.

The barn has access to four 7.2kW electric vehicle (EV) destination chargers.

The barn is dog friendly, and you are welcome to bring them at Ā£25 per dog per week or part thereof.

Flawless New Years stay

High Park is our happy place, an oasis of calm, quiet beautiful surroundings yet close to amenities and the sea. A lovely welcome as always from Paul, top class accommodation that offers comfort and style. We love to plan our days around our personal private swim slot which adds a touch of luxury. Molesworth was a perfect setting for a chilled New Yearā€™s break. Looking forward to returning.

Very happy and would definitely stay again.

Spacious and well equipped barn with excellent bathroom and generally very comfortable and homely. Great location just a short drive to the main road network. Shopping and a selection of supermarkets only 5 minutes drive away. Perfect for EV car owners as good charging facilities. Nice swimming pool too.

This is our third visit to High Park Barns and we love it there! Our number one destination to stay in North Devon. High Park Barns offers luxury accommodation with everything to a high specification, including a swimming pool and is ideally located for the north Devon beaches and close to other amenities. 5th Excellent Stay

We have stayed in 3 different barns, all excellent. Molesworth this stay. Fully kitted out kitchen with washer/dryer, dishwasher, etc. Lovely touches like milk, scones, cream and jam on arrival. Pool and hot tub a massive plus. Also, think itā€™s the only place weā€™ve stayed that actually have bath sheets in the bathroom instead of towels not fit for purpose. Would definitely recommend a stay and we will be certainly be coming back.
