The residence includes underfloor heating, central cooling, child friendly amenities, and twenty four hour support with weekday concierge service.

The location is central and the apartment was clean, but our family’s overall experience was disappointing.The biggest issue was the customer service. Both check-in and check-out were frustrating due to poor communication and lack of support. One of the bathroom toilets didn’t work, there weren’t enough towels for our family’s extended stay, and we had multiple issues accessing the building.The surrounding area was also less desirable than expected, with a significant homeless presence around the building.For the price, we expected much better customer service, better-maintained accommodations, and more thoughtful amenities. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t justify the cost.
