We’re genuinely sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations. Regarding the bedroom in question, we take cleanliness and guest safety very seriously. As soon as the concern was reported, we arranged for a professional cleaning the same day. After the cleaning, the room was inspected and confirmed to be clean and safe for use. What was identified were cosmetic wall marks consistent with humidity staining, not active mold. However, we understand that personal sensitivities and perceptions can differ, and we regret that this caused discomfort for you. Because the room was professionally cleaned and deemed usable, and the property remained fully available during your stay, we were unable to offer a partial refund under our policies. As for the hot water system, the property does have three showers as accurately described in the listing. The hot water system is designed for normal residential use, and like many homes, it works best when showers are taken sequentially rather than simultaneously. We appreciate this feedback and will consider clarifying this point further in the listing to avoid future misunderstandings.

Thank you for your feedback. Just to clarify for future guests: the apartment is described accurately in the listing, including the number of toilets and the spiral staircase. Regarding the iron and ironing board, both are provided; if anything was missing or not working properly, you could have told us during your stay and we would have replaced or fixed it right away. The outdoor patio is cleaned regularly, but as it is an open area in the city, it can get dirty quickly. We are glad you appreciated our communication, and we’ll keep working to improve every detail for our guests.

As the apartment is located in a lively central area, some outside noise can unfortunately occur and is outside of our direct control. Regarding the layout of the space, we would like to clarify that the listing photos show the apartment from multiple angles, including the staircase and room configurations. We always aim to present the property as transparently and accurately as possible so guests can clearly understand the layout before booking.
