Luxury Family Home in the centre of The New Forest

This modern, family friendly house is a stone’s throw away from the village of Brockenhurst and is perfectly situated to access all of the New Forest. You will have cycles and walks right from your doorstep where you can explore the forest and beyond.
The village is a 15 min walk/5 min cycle. You will find shops, pubs, restaurants & more.
Close by are the villages of Beaulieu & Lyndhurst-10 min drive, Peppa Pig World-25 mins, the beach-20 mins, Moors Valley-30 mins, The Pig-5mins.

THE HOUSE:
The house is the perfect setting for a family get together with a large open plan kitchen and dining area with a log fire for cosy winter evenings or open out the large bi fold doors to enjoy the spacious patio and garden area for a summer BBQ and lots of place for children to play. The garden has outdoor seating as well as a breeze house which provides perfect shade for the summer and heaters for colder evenings.

Please note, we can accommodate up to 9 people but the 9th person will be on a camp bed in one of the Super King or King bedrooms.

Only guests on the booking are allowed at the property. Day guests are charged at the same price as guests staying the night.
