Lakefront 3 BR Beach House 1 mile to the beach and boardwalk

Welcome to your beach vacation! This waterfront 3 bedroom 2.5 bath townhome is the perfect getaway in Rehoboth Beach. Centrally located between downtown Rehoboth and Dewey, take a short bike ride 1 mile to your toes in the sand. Ride to the Rehoboth Boardwalk or hike the Thompson Island Trail to the Bay. Go Surf Fishing at any of the 2 Delaware State Parks or shop at the nearby tax-free Outlets. Whether you want to spend the day at the neighborhood pool or make it a beach day, your ideal vacation awaits you here in Rehoboth Beach!

The first floor is an open floor plan with a Living Room, Dining Room and fully supplied Kitchen. From here, you can walk onto the patio overlooking a lakeside view. Feel free to use the gas grill, compete with grilling tools or kick back and watch your favorite show on Netflix on the Amazon Smart TV. A bathroom and Laundry room are also located on the 1st floor.

The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms all with cathedral ceilings. The Captain's Suite has a King sized bed with a full bathroom, and a private deck with a lake view. The Ocean Room has a Queen sized Bed and the Surf Shack has 2 twin beds. These guests share a full bathroom also located upstairs. A second TV is located in the Captain's Suite with Netflix and a DVD player as well.

All towels and bed sheets will be provided for guests.

Guests will have access to the Storage Unit in front of the house which is stocked with beach supplies like chairs, beach cart, beach umbrella and boogie board.

2 parking spaces are available right in front of the house with additional parking nearby and a Community Pool Pass is provided.

**PLEASE NOTE: During the Summer Season (June 27-August 28) we only accept weekly bookings Sunday to Sunday.

Great family rental for a week at the beach

Our family and a friend and her family all stayed here together. There was plenty of communal space to hang out in the mornings and evenings. We appreciated the short ride to the beach and were able to avoid much of the Rte 1 traffic with this location. Access to the pool with just a short walk was also appreciated!

Location is key

The property was easy to check in and out of. Everything was clean for us upon arrival. Instructions for the property were clearly laid out and communicated. The location was as amazing. We were walking distance to both Rehoboth and Dewey Beach.

Spring Lake summer stay

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The location was great with lots of amenities. There was a fully stocked shed with more beach chairs than we needed, boogie boards, and a beach cart. The kitchen had everything we needed with lots of options for coffee makers. The view from the deck was beautiful with the sound of the fountain in the pond. Parking was very easy with easy in and out. We were very pleased with our stay!

Great house! Loved the large rooms and bathrooms.

I was a bit nervous about location but it ended up being perfect!! We had bikes all week and got around great and burned some extra calories. The house was clean. The kitchen could use some updating but we ate out a lot so it was ok. The chairs in the storage unit were spot on! Perfect backpack to take on bike and comfy. Amy was very responsive when asking questions too!!

Off Season Solitude

Clean, convenient, quiet 3 bedroom condo lived up to the description. It was an easy bike ride to the Boardwalk and Rehoboth, and a short drive both to Rehoboth and stores on Rt 1. It is especially nice to look out of the window at the small lake.

Beach break

The property location was great, and it is well equipped with everything one needs. It would be nice to have armchairs in the bedrooms as well as a handle bar in the master shower. We enjoyed it a lot. Many thanks, Amy for responding very quickly to our queries.

Wouldn't change a thing

What a great property, my family had such a great stay. Details were perfect and our comfort was unmatched. We've stayed in other properties close and Amy's spot was by far the best. The overall experience was really made with our ability to come home from the beach, rest and grill on the back patio. Thank you so much again for a great week away, it was much needed and our rental really made things that much better.

Stunning Condo between Rehoboth and Dewey beaches

This property has everything you would need on a beach vacation to include beach umbrella, chairs, and beach toys. There are many games as well for all ages of the family. Amy was very responsive and accommodating. The pool was a big hit for my grandkids. We took evening strolls with the family and enjoyed the walks and scenery. It was nice to have sheets and towels provided. It saved room in our car. We would definitely rent this condo again next year! Thank you!

very relaxing

Although this rental is further from the beach, we really enjoyed the space. Very quiet and low-key. The patio/deck was wonderful with a great view. Amy has thought of everything anyone would want or need to make the week easy. I hope we will get a chance to rent the space again.

Perfect Spot for a Long Weekend

My adult daughters and I are very happy we stayed here for a long weekend. It was just as described, clean, and we had everything we needed. It’s close to Route 1 but quiet. It’s a peaceful neighborhood. We enjoyed sitting out on the back patio. It’s a short drive to the beach and we enjoyed a couple of delicious seafood meals from nearby restaurants. Most importantly, the owner was very responsive to any questions. We highly recommend this property and hope to come back ourselves!

Fun beach vacation!

We loved our weeklong stay as a family of 2 parents, 2 grandparents, and 2 young children. The neighborhood was quiet. The back patio was comfortable and surprisingly didn't have any mosquitoes. The house was clean, and the kitchen was well stocked. The main living area was larger than suggested by the photos. The beds were extremely comfortable. Would stay here again!

Lovely condo in Rehoboth Beach

My family have just had a wonderful week in Rehoboth. The property is larger than it looks in the pictures, the beds were really comfortable and it was spotlessly clean when we arrived. It is really well located in Rehoboth for the beach and Amy ensures we had all the beach chairs and umbrellas we needed. We left feeling very relaxed, after many days of sun and sand!

Great Long Weekend Getaway

I needed to find a place to celebrate my husbands birthday at the beach. I started searching the area and realized it was pretty hard to find something that did not require a full week rental during the summer. I am so glad we found this place. The pictures do a great job capturing the space and the style (too cute)! While not on the beach, it was a quick drive to anything we wanted to do. Also appreciated the initial email to set us up for a great experience. Amy responded quickly to any questions that I sent her way. Overall very happy with the trip and would 100% recommend the place to others!

We fell in love with the place as soon as we walked in for the brightness and light, for the Lakefront view, and the serene landscaping of the property. We also loved that the location is central to all our favorite spots. We are 1 mile to Rehoboth or Dewey Beach and a mile to the Boardwalk with a gorgeous walk through the neighborhoods of Silver Lake. We are also centrally located to both Delaware State Parks where my husband likes to drive his truck on the beach to go surf fishing.
We want our guests to feel comfortable and enjoy all the comforts of home, which is why we provide everything you would have at your home.
