The apartment is located in the heart of Copenhagen, in one of the city's historic buildings, where access is via the original staircase. The common areas of the building, including the hallway and entrance, are managed by the building administration rather than by us. We only manage the apartment itself, which we understand from your review met your expectations.

Being in the heart of the city does bring a vibrant atmosphere, which can at times mean a bit more noise. Kindly note that your comments regarding the sofas and shower curtain have been shared with our housekeeping team to check. We also regret any inconvenience caused by the shared courtyard area, though please note that it is managed separately and not under our direct control. Additionally, for security reasons, we provide one set of keys per booking. As for the stairs, many historic buildings in the city center were built without lifts due to preservation rules.
