In the shared outdoor area you will find an open terrace with comfortable seating, where you can start the day relaxed with a cup of coffee or tea. Thanks to its central location, you can reach shops, bars, restaurants and cafes in the picturesque historic center of Otranto in less than 5 minutes on foot. The nearest beach, with its fine sand and turquoise waters, is only an 8-minute walk away (550 m).
A grocery store is a 3-minute walk from your apartment. The famous Grotte dell'Orte can be reached in 8 minutes by car (3 km) and it takes 10 minutes by car to reach the beautiful panoramic point "Punta Faci" on the sea with its suggestive lighthouse. Here you can take endless walks by the sea.
