The open-plan kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil any of your culinary requirements. Plus, there is a washer available for your laundry needs.

Both bedrooms are tastefully decorated, and the king-size beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens.

There's an extra room with a single sofa bed and a dedicated workspace to do work while sitting comfortably.

The bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Kingston Upon Thames is a charming town filled with historical attractions. Hampton Court Park (Home Park), Kingston Bridge, All Saints Church, Kingston upon Thames, Kingston Museum, and the Coronation Stone are all must-see sights. The town is conveniently located near stations, making it easy to explore.
From the apartment, you can reach Richmond in 20 minutes, Kew in 30 minutes and Waterloo in 30 minutes by train. Also, Twickenham Stadium and Sandown race course is 20 minutes by car from the apartment.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Kingston, is just a 5-minute walk.

Heathrow Airport is a 34-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
