A beautiful, Bolognese-style apartment, completely renovated and fully furnished for short-term stays. The air conditioning and the layout of the rooms make the apartment warm and inviting. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals or breakfast. The spacious bedroom can accommodate a crib or an additional single bed. In the living room/kitchen, a very comfortable sofa bed can comfortably sleep two people. Every room is equipped with a TV and free Wi-Fi. A dishwasher, washing machine, iron, refrigerator with freezer, and Nespresso coffee machine with capsules are provided. Soft towels and fresh cotton linens are provided to make your stay more enjoyable.

DAURA House is located near the historic center, just a short distance away (a 15-minute walk), on a charming Bolognese street featuring a traditional neighborhood market, bars, a pharmacy, a laundromat, a supermarket, a deli, bakeries, banks, and a post office.
The main points of interest, including Piazza Maggiore, the Two Towers, the University, the Archiginnasio, Mambo, the shopping streets, and charming neighborhoods with restaurants and trattorias are all within easy walking distance.
Just a few meters from the property are bus stops with routes to the historic center, the train station, the fairgrounds, and the airport. The train station and the fairgrounds are just a short ride away.

You can park for free on adjacent streets at night and on holidays. Private parking at the facility is available upon request for an additional fee of 15 euros per day.
