Perfect Stay by the Beach

Villa Riviera exceeded our expectations. The villa is beautifully designed, with plenty of space and stunning outdoor areas. We loved the proximity to the beach and the convenience of nearby shops and restaurants.

Fantastic Family Villa

Our stay at Villa Riviera was amazing! The villa is spacious, modern, and perfect for families. The heated pool, jacuzzis, and outdoor BBQ made our days so enjoyable, and the games room kept the kids entertained for hours.

Modern villa perfect for families

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Riviera. The house was spacious, bright and very comfortable for our family. The pool, jacuzzis and outdoor dining area were great for relaxing, while the games room kept everyone entertained. The location near the beach was also excellent.

Wonderful Stay in Armação de Pêra

A very comfortable and well-equipped villa, ideal for a relaxing holiday. The games room and outdoor areas provided fun for everyone, and the location was perfect for exploring the beach and nearby attractions. We also appreciated the smooth airport transfer service provided by the company.

Fantastic Family Villa

We had an amazing stay in this bright and spacious villa. It was perfect for the whole family, with plenty of room to relax and enjoy. The outdoor area and heated pool were ideal for leisure and fun. We also loved having dinner at Algarbe restaurant.

Enjoyable holiday

Lovely vila and good location. the villa was great lots of space good big dining table etc only 10 min walk into town with ample resturaunts and bars.

The villa is really spacious for a family of 15. The pictures are an accurate representation , the bunk bed rooms were a good hit with our younger kids (7-11) . Although could fit adults with ease. The communication was fabulous with Olivia and Martin , the pool lady was also really helpful ! The house was very clean and you can walk to everything nearby . We didn’t rent a car and got a taxi through bolt to aqua land and the algarve shopping centre. The resort was super friendly and recommendations were provided for food which was great . For awareness you have to pay extra for the pool to be heated and the jacuzzi to be turned on , which I didn’t know before arrival . Payments were quickly made and everything was turned on the following day with ease . I would recommend the villa and the algarve villa company that run it , I would book through them again .

Location of Villa, great swimming pool, the Villa accommodated all 15 off us with ease. Great choice of restaurants in Armacao de pera. Beach was lovely. Villa was great.

We loved our stay at this villa. Everything is clean and the villa is beautiful. The contact with the host is perfect; fast and with care! Very lovely response everytime. The villa is close to the beach. It’s Nice to rent a car so you can see the area. There are a lot of supermarkets nearby the villa as Well.

Villa Riviera was such a lovely place for our stay. The hosts accommodated so well and were available for any questions or additions that we may have needed. The Villa itself was outstanding and in a beautiful location not far from the beach and all the restaurants. Perfect walking distance from the main Armacao de Pera seafront. Couldn’t have asked for a better host/accommodation for our trip.Rooms were clean, pool maintenance once a week and the cleaning team were there on a Sunday should you require new linens. Slight wear and tear/signs of damage in the games room but this was to be expected. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Whether that be with friends or family. Algarve Vacations Olivia was so friendly and assisted us through the booking process.

The house was as described. We were travelling as a group of 12 women, lots of room for everyone. The pool was great, we paid extra tonhave it heated. We only used one of the 2 hottubs. When we arrived (late in the day) a mirror in one of the bathrooms had come off the wall, and one of the bathrooms had a light that wasn't working, we sent a message to let them know, everything was fixed the next day. Our only real issue was the cleanliness of the table. It is a large table which was awesome, it has a glass inlay the amount of crumbs and dirt around the edge were quite something. There was a tablecloth but it was not big enough to hide that. We ended up buying something and covering it ourselves. It would not be easy to remove that glass to clean it but perhaps a bigger tablecloth.Otherwise, we were satisfied with our stay. We had a great time in Armacao de Pera.
