Casa Tiberina consists of two flats, which can be rented as a whole. It is located near Monte Santa Maria a Tiberina, an enchanting village set on a hill and offers breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside and the Tiber River. The historical centre of the village is characterised by cobbled streets, stone buildings, ancient churches and a picturesque main square. Strolling through its streets is a unique experience.

You can also take a trip to Perugia, which is only an hour's drive away, to discover an incredible variety of attractions. You can walk along paths immersing yourself in the beauty of nature.

The outdoor area is characterised by a typical country landscape. You will find a large outdoor area with a swimming pool (7x4) that is not in the ground and a play area for the children to play in. It is furnished with deck chairs and parasols perfect for relaxing.

There is also a veranda where you can eat and a barbecue for cooking with a breathtaking view.

You will find parking on site and a charging column for electric cars included in the price of your stay.

The interior is spread over several floors.

The first flat on the ground floor has the living area consisting of a kitchen-living room furnished with a large sofa, television, dining area with table, well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, oven, microwave. The sleeping area has 3 bedrooms, 2 with double beds and 1 with two single beds. There are 2 bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub.

The second flat on the first floor has a living area consisting of a furnished kitchen and living room with television. The sleeping area has 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds. There is 1 bathroom with shower.

Free wifi internet access, washing machine available.
