Charming semi-detached villa (renovated in 2022) with heated swimming pool (optional) in a secure residence that can accommodate up to 8 people (ideally 6 adults + 2 children)

The house overlooks hole n°17 of the Moliets et Maa golf course.
For golf enthusiasts, you will have the possibility to access the course reception in 10 minutes on foot (9 or 18 holes)
On the same site, you can also reserve a tennis court.

If you prefer water sports, the beach accessible on foot or by bike in a few minutes allows you to practice surfing, kitesurfing, kite flying, or simply relax by the ocean.

A few kilometers from the Villa, you will find a tree climbing park, an equestrian center to entertain you during your vacation.

You can rent bikes almost all year round to take advantage of the many pleasant cycle paths.

In mid and high season, all shops are open nearby (supermarket, bakery, restaurants, caterer, tobacconist, boutiques, etc.)
Out of season, you have to go to Moliets village (3km) to make your purchases,
a supermarket is open all year round.
