Villa Tesoro is a precious gem in the delightfully pretty hamlet of Vlachatika, just above the famous bay of Kalami. Rich of history, character and tradition, this property perfectly matches the concept and majesty of “finezza”, a word inherited from the local Venetian influence, with the most modern amenities for a fully contemporary holiday experience. Providing 4 bedrooms (for up to 8 guests in total), private swimming pool, estensive terraces, fully equipped kitchen and sensational views over Kalami Bay (which can be reached via a footpath), Villa Tesoro is set to impress.Inside, the charming Villa Tesoro is set over 2 floors and is accessed via the extensive front, sea-facing terraces. Rich in traditional Corfiot features to enhance the unparalleled character of this property, this family home has been turned into an inviting holiday villa to offer to its guests an unforgettable holiday experience by the sea but without forgetting the local history. On the ground floor there is a large, open plan lounge with sofas, armchairs, Smart TV, as well as fully equipped kitchen with dining area. On the ground floor there is also a useful bathroom with bathtub + shower over and washing machine. An imposing wooden staircase leads up to the first floor where the 4 bedrooms and another large bathroom with bathtub + shower over are located. The air-conditioned bedrooms are respectively 3 doubles and 1 twin. 2 of the double bedrooms open straight to the front terraces offering breathtaking views over the Ionian Sea, Albanian mountains and Corfu Town in the distance. For the comfort of our guests, the bedrooms are air-conditioned (included in the rental price).Outside, the villa offers extensive patios with shaded pergolas, and equipped dining areas with barbecue perfect for enjoying a delicious grilled meal while admiring the views of the sun going down. A refreshing dip in the newly built private pool, once again offering sensational and unobstructed views to the sea and the bay of Kalami, will be a memorable experience. The pool measures 8m x 4m, is equipped with comfortable sunbeds as well as parasols, and is beautifully lit at night. For the convenience of the guests, the pristine Kalami Bay is just 500m below (it can be reached via a footpath among the olive groves) and private parking for 2 cars is available within the premises.Please note that the villa is accessed via a set of steps from the parking area below, therefore is not suitable for guests with restricted mobility.NOTES: for the convenience of our guests, the price quoted includes: Air-conditioning, wi-fi internet, maid service twice a week, change of hand/bath towels twice a week and change of bed linen once a week. On arrival, the guests are required to leave a security deposit of euros 300 in total as a security deposit for damages to the villa.GREEK STAY TAX (climate resilience tax): euro 2 per villa per night not included in the rental rate and payable locally.

A beautiful villa with amazing views! A real sanctuary for relaxation in a fabulous locations with great taverna and a stunning beach all within walking distance. Maria is a brilliant host and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The only thing to mention is the walk to/ from the beach is very steep (as you would expect with the views!) so it is not suitable for anyone who would struggle with the walk. We would 100% recommend though!

Villa Tesoro is absolutely perfect and Maria is such a helpful and responsive host. We came for our family holiday and were blown away at the beauty of Corfu from the villa. The view is second to none and the outside area was perfect for family BBQs, lounging and chill time.

Great villa with incredible views! we had a wonderful stay, and loved the property and outside areas. Very spacious and well equipped villa, with a fabulous restaurant a few minutes walk away. 10 mins walk to the beach at Kalami with two supermarkets and several restaurants. There are a lot of steps up to the house and it's a steep climb from the beach so wouldn't suit someone less physically able. However we found the views made it worth every step. All the local businesses were very welcoming and helpful. The supermarket will deliver (and even drive you up the hill with the shopping, which was very welcome). We would love to visit again.

We had a very good time at the villa. The villa was very clean and all the rooms were so beautiful. Especially the view was breathtaking. The communication was very good. It’s a very nice location to stay in Corfu and I would definitely love to come back :)!

The villa was everything we had hoped for and more, the views were stunning and Maria helped us with

The villa was everything we had hoped for and more, the views were stunning and Maria helped us with any queries we had. There are 2 different walks you can take to get down to the beachfront, either a ling winding walk that follows the road whicha more challenging steep decent through a footpath down the hillside which only takes 10 minutes. I would happily stay here again and would fully recommend to a familya group of friends.

We had a lovely week at the property. Everything worked well for our party of 8. We took full advantage of the amazing view and enjoyed all our meals outside. It was nice to have the option to use the grill. Parking was tight for our 3 vehicles and we needed to take extra precautions when entering/ exiting due to the driveway’s location on a curve in the road. The location and proximity to the charming beach, market and excellent restaurants was perfect. We would highly recommend Villa Tesoro.

Lovely villa with fabulous views over Kalami Bay

Lovely villa with fabulous views over Kalami Bay. The villa was very well equipped with lots of cooking utensils and serving bowls. The gas barbecue was also great and so easy to use. The outside space was lovely with a big table for us all to eat at in the shade and in comfort. Relaxing on the swing chair was popular too. The pool was great and very well used during our stay. Maria was so helpful, she supplied a cot and high chair for our baby, along with little extras. Any queries we had she responded promptly and her staff were very pleasant and helpful. I would recommend the villa unless you have walking difficulties as there are quite a lot of steps.

Villa Tesoro is the perfect location for a family stay in Corfu with private parking, stunning views of the coastline and a short walk to the beach which boasts beachfront restaurants and water sports activities. As a family of nine people (4 adults and five children), we found there was something to do for all ages. The privacy of this villa is unrivalled— we were not overlookeddisturbed by anyone the entire stay. The jewel in the crown of this villa is the gorgeous private pool which overlooks the sea with far reaching views to Albania. Sunsets at this property are truly breathtaking and can also be enjoyed from the spacious terrace whilst dining. The BBQ was a welcome addition to the property and we made use of it several times during our stay. The vibe inside the villa is mid century and feels very much like a family home. Do not expect modern decor it is very much retro but this only adds to the charm in my opinion. Overall, the views from this property are heavenly!

Helt utrolig fantastisk villa og beliggenhed ☀️ Kunne vi give mere end 5 stjerner, så havde den fået det. Den skønneste rummelige villa, med alt i perfekt stand. Beliggenheden/udsigten kan næsten ikke beskrives, den skal opleves. Der er SÅ smuk en udsigt fra denne villa, og der er kun en kort gåtur af en smal sti til stranden. (Ikke for gangbesværede). Den skønneste sten strand, hvor vandet var helt klar, og masser af fisk. Ved stranden er der mange former for vandaktiviter, dejlige restauranter og Købmanden tæt på. Ved købmanden oplevede vi også en utrolig i mødekommehed. Vi kunne få varer bragt ud. En ansat stod enda klar ved vores villa med vores varer, da vi ankom sent aften. Maria som står for udlejningen af denne bolig, er så sød og svarede så snart vi havde en forespørgsel om noget. Kan anbefale dette sted på det kraftigste. Vi kommer meget gerne igen.
