Casa Mastroianni is a unique apartment located in an early 20th-century building in the charming Testaccio neighborhood, just a short walk from the Circus Maximus. This spacious 80-square-meter (861-square-foot) apartment features a living room, guest bathroom, office area, large walk-in closet, fully equipped kitchen, and a bedroom with a private bathroom. The experience is rounded out by a large, furnished terrace surrounded by greenery. Ideal for couples seeking a romantic getaway.

Upon entering, you’ll discover a spacious living room equipped with every comfort: a large sofa and a 62-inch TV connected to every entertainment platform available on the market. The fully equipped kitchen awaits your culinary adventures, while the bedroom features a private bathroom and a spacious closet.

A unique feature of Casa Mastroianni is the terrace, accessible from both the living room and the bedroom, featuring a large teak table that seats 8 and a comfortable outdoor seating area for 6 people. During the winter months, outdoor electric heaters are provided to ensure a pleasant stay outdoors.
Although we love animals, this apartment is not suitable for them.

Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, but you are certainly welcome to smoke on the comfortable terrace, which is equipped with all the amenities you need.
