Lovely spacious villa in Cala en Porter. The pool was particularly nice. The bedrooms are all air conditioned. It is a short stroll to the restaurants. The beach nearby is lovely.

Good property in good location

Good property, clean and spacious. Good location which is close to beach, supermarket and restaurants. Also good location to explore island. Basic furnishing and amenities throughout and lacks shade in pool area which is needed in the summer.

Our stay at Villa Eugenia was perfect, everything was fine, the house was very clean and the swimming pool was super! We really liked the little terrace on the top of the villa (from which you can see very clearly the stars and the Milky Way). We also appreciated the location in general: the house is very close to many supermarkets and just 1 km away from the beach.

Clean villa as described - responsive owner as air conditioning not working in one room - comfortable but would have benefitted from provision of condiments, pool floats etc as we have had these in other villas. Plenty of space and good lay out of grounds but would benefit from shrubs to provide some character. Good proximity to beach, shops restaurants etc and easy to get yo other parts of the island

Functional

Functional property with good space inside and out and good facilities. Good wifi, can stream video on a Roku box. Comfortable beds. A little tired and dated in places. Everything worked, plenty of cuttlery, crockery etc. Good information provided in information book. The living area would be far more confortable if the built in sofa was removed and replaced with freestanding sofas. Air conditioning in bedrooms was great. No air conditioning in living area which was just about tolerable in June but I would imagine would be a problem in the warmest months. A little bit over priced compared to other nicer villas we've stayed in previously in Cala en Porter. In summary the property was fine but would be hugely improved by air conditioning in the living area and more comfortable furniture in the living area.

Très belle maison avec piscine. La climatisation dans les chambres est un réel plus compte tenu des chaleurs en été. Nous avons passé un séjour excellent.

La casa está muy bien ubicada, en una zona tranquila sin ningún problema de aparcamiento, a 8 minutos de restaurantes y 12 de una bonita cala.Es correcta sin lujos pero bien, muy limpia y la piscina espectacular, con sol todo el día.Aunque hay aire acondicionado en las 4 habitaciones, que por cierto tienen colchones nuevos, no hay en el comedor y hace realmente calor. También me hubiese gustado disponer de un pequeño lavavajillas pero vamos repetiría sin dudarlo. Gracias

Même pas une bouteille de bienvenue comme on en voit plusieurs sur la pub.!Climatisation aléatoire dans la journée.Chaleur terrible dans le séjour sans même un ventilateur..
