It provides you with a private pool area, with great views of the surrounding areas. Also a barbecue area and covered terrace for you to enjoy outside dining amongst the gardens. It has 3 bedrooms with air con and has a spacious lounge area with satelite tv, dvd and wifi included. and fully equipped kitchen. It is only 1.1km from the cova den xoroi.

Lovely villa

Perfect location if you want to be able to walk to everything you could need for a easy and relaxed group beach holiday. Small point, but if you are into cooking, note the kitchen wasn't very well stocked.

We will definitely be back again!

We done 5 nights at Villa Fifi and we couldn't have been happier with our booking...5 of us stayed and we had so much space, the pool was lovely and it had all amenities we needed. It is situated perfectly close to supermarkets, plenty of places to eat/drink and close to the beach although a bit of a steep walk. We will definitely be back again!

Thanks for a fab stay!

We have just had a loveliest 5 night stay at Villa FiFi and are already planning next visit for next year! The villa is great value for money and exactly as described! Super clean and although a little bit worn in places it was excellent value and exactly as advertised, single beds were super comfy, in fairness the double bed was a bit hard! So we used both sets of single beds as we were a pair of couples staying . Bed linen ans towels all lovely and clean. Air con was lovely! The pool was tiny but all we needed and was clean and not too chilly! Bbq area was lovely and lots of sitting areas around Villa grounds so you can follow the sunfind some shade! The pool is deep 1.6m deep all the way round. We even had an issue with one of the showers and reported it and it was fixed within an hourtwo!

Wonderful happy holiday

We had a wonderful, happy holiday at Villa Fifi. It was excellent value for money and brilliantly situated. It was a 10-15 min walk down to the beach, 2 min walk to two big, well stocked supermarkets and a good variety of excellent restaurants. The bus stop is also a two minute walk away and we found it brilliant for getting around the island. There are excellent coach tours on Tuesday and Thursday, from Cala en Porta, run by a local man, which you can book in the entrance of the supermarket. The villa was clean and very spacious and very peaceful. 5 of us stayed and there was ample space for everyone. All the bedrooms had air conditioning, which also cools the whole property if doors are left open. We had a lovely week and would have no hesitation in booking again. (Just a little note - the beach at Cala en Porta is very beautiful, but there are many, many steps down to it. There are little rest stops, but you might want to consider if some in your party have mobility issues).

We had a fantastic stay at this villa.

A group of 4 (two singles and a couple) everyone had their own room and plenty of space. The aircon was definitely needed in the heat and a real treat! Love the pool area and covered outside dining space. Excellent location to a beautiful beach and full set of shops within walking distance

A fantastic stay at this lovely villa!

Perfectly located, very close to the nearby beach and lots of shops and restaurants. The villa was as described, the rooms were spacious and the pool was great. Perhaps lacking in a few basic necessities such kitchen roll, toilet paper and hand soap. Other than that, it was perfect- I would definitely recommend a stay here!

We had a great family stay this week!

We had a great family stay this week! 5 adults but still felt spacious. The villa is very clean and felt comfortable. The host was very responsive to some small suggestions i had made to improve overall guest experience which was great. Close to airport and right in Cala en Porter. We also hired our car via their referral from Autos Menorca and that was also a great experience. Perfect chilled out week, thanks!

Lovely break in cosy villa

The villa had all the amenities' needed. Characterful, pretty and in great location near to beach and restaurants and bars. When we arrived there was a strong smell of blocked drains in the kitchen, that gradually got better over a few days We arrived around 7.45pm so getting dark. There was no milk, tea or coffee or any complimentary starter pack, which was expected .

If you’re looking for more affordable accommodation, I totally recommend Fifi.

Villa Fifi is an older villa and definitely in need of some modernisation, however it is a bargain for 6 people to use - it was cheaper than a lot of others, close to the village centre, air conditioned and had its own pool. If you’re looking for more affordable accommodation, I totally recommend Fifi. The surrounding area is quiet and private and the villa offers lots of space inside and out. The air conditioning is in 3 bedrooms and cools the whole house if doors are left open. There is a huge family bathroom and another, very adequate en-suite. The pool is deep and very clean, with sun loungers surrounding it.

Wedding week in Menorca

We had a wonderful stay. The Villa was as presented, but we had some issues with the air condition and due to a holiday falling on a Friday. We had three days with little to no air-conditioning, and it was very hot. We reached out to management and they said they could not send a technician until Monday, we were leaving on Sunday. Additionally, there is no hand or bath soap provided. So stop at the store or you won’t even be able to wash your hands when you arrive. Don’t get me wrong, we had a wonderful vacation. Loved the private pool and location is convenient to many activities and grocery stores. Management responded to our messages but they were not able to get us any assistance. Just wanted people to know that they need to stop for soap, and anything else you may need in the kitchen, such as paper towels and condiments,

Recomendo vivamente!

Ficámos na moradia durante a nossa estadia em Menorca e adorámos! A casa era exatamente como descrita — espaçosa, limpa, bem equipada e muito confortável. Fomos em grupo (casal + amigos) e o espaço funcionou perfeitamente para todos. A localização era tranquila e permitia fácil acesso a várias praias e pontos de interesse da ilha. Sentimo-nos em casa desde o primeiro dia. Recomendo vivamente!

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé une dizaine de jours dans ce logement qui se situe dans une zone très calme. Il est très bien équipé, propre, correspond à la description sur site. Proche du centre ville, des commerces et restaurants. Bonne communication avec MauterVillas qui a donné toutes les informations pour pouvoir passé un bon séjour. Bonne adresse

Logement climatisé près de tous les commerces et restaurants. Très charmant extérieur, piscine très agréable (entre 1,50 et 1,60 de profondeur). Hôte très réactif et agréable. Accès à un guide interactif très complet pour les activités et informations. Les taxis ne sont pas très onéreux, cela nous a permis de nous balader sur l’île sans avoir à louer une voiture toute la semaine. Très bon séjour ! Merci
