BEAUTIFUL LOCATION! This ground-floor apartment VARADERO, conveniently situated near the beach in Torrox Costa, offers a private terrace right next to the shared swimming pool. Only 200 meters from the sea! Amenities such as a washing machine, dishwasher, bed linen, (beach) towels, and free (fast fiber) WIFI are included.
Due to its central location, a car is not essential. Within walking distance, you'll find restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets. Additionally, a parking space is available in the communal garage.

The living room features a three-seater sofa, an armchair, and a TV with Chromecast. There's also a dining area with four chairs.

The fully equipped, semi-open kitchen has all the necessary amenities, including a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, kettle, ceramic hob, and all cooking essentials.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed, ample closet space, a reclining chair, and a makeup table. It provides direct access to terrace 1.
Bedroom 2 has three single beds (a bunk bed with a pull-out bed) and sufficient closet space. It offers direct access to terrace 2.

The bathroom includes a vanity unit and toilet, with a bath/shower combination.

Terrace 1 (+- 11m2), facing south and adjacent to the communal pool, offers a fantastic view. In addition to the table with chairs, there's also a bench to enjoy the beautiful view both during the day and in the evening.
Terrace 2, facing north, has a large folding dining table, ideal for those who prefer the coolness.

A washing machine is provided.

The illuminated pool (12m x 8m, depth 1.20m-1.70m) is open from May 15 to October 15. Multiple outdoor showers are available here.

Restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance, a golf course and a water park are 20 minutes away (by car). Malaga airport is 45 minutes away, and transfers are possible.
