This place was amazing. It is clean and big enough for a lot of people. It was supplied with everything you could need. I would stay here again if I am in the area.

This was a great house it fit our family perfectly. There were 10 of us total. Great rooms. The lake didn't have any fish at the time and we went to fish. But we wereable to play games and we loved the pool table. We had a lot of fun. The house was clean and it had a lot of amenities. That was a plus for sure.

Loved this house on the water. Very peaceful sitting out back. Loved the fact that you get to watch the sunrise but then when it starts to get hotter during the day the very large patio is completely shaded. Kitchen has everything you need and then some! Every room was clean. Host very quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful Place, Will Be Back!

We loved staying at Nicole's property. It was beautifully appointed (understatement!) which is rare to find at the river, clean and in a great location. It perfectly suited our needs and we definitely will be returning!

Great Family River House!

This house is the perfect family river house! We really liked playing pool! The kitchen is very well stocked. It is so nice sitting on the back patio overlooking the marina. Nicole is very accommodating! We have stayed here many times and will definitely come back again!

Nicole was extremely helpful and nice. Before our trip she reached out to tell us whats around and that she would have things ready, like the a/c, before we arrived. Sadly, our trip was canceled do to family lost. Nicole was beyond nice. And i know that the property would have been perfect. Definitely will be staying there, in his honor, someday.

Spectacular Views!

We had a wonderful time. The area is really quiet and restful, the house has an amazing layout. We had a few issues but Nicole and Ed were really responsive. The view is what made our trip. It was 89 days of living in another world. It is a very special place!

AMAZING!!!!

This house was so beautiful, updated and clean. The layout was spacious and decorated to perfection. It was the perfect vacation rental, and in a great location on the river, only a 15 minute drive to pirates cove and other attractions. I've been coming to the river for 30 years and this is my favorite place I've stayed in! I'll be back (yearly!) this place is a gem

Modern Comfort

The owners were very responsive and easy to work with. The house is well equipped and comfortable. The catch and release fishing was fun and we caught large mouth bass and crappies. I left a simple report with the owners. The location was close to the Colorado River and had boat ramp access. There are a number of golf courses nearby that are reasonably priced. The view off the back patio is fantastic. The neighborhood is friendly.

Comfortable and Beautiful

Ammmmazing!! Just a beautiful property as soon as you walk in! The owner was very detailed and attentive . The back patio is breathtaking to see the sunrise or even just sit and watch the light of sunset in the evenings. Beds, kitchen , kids room felt just like back home! This home has it all! I’m usually the over planner and packer of the bunch and I can say this is the first home we have stayed at that had everything our family need! Only downfall is a wish we could have stayed longer ! Would definitely want to stay here again! Thank you Nicole for the opportunity! GOD Bless!

Awesome Snowbird Adventure

Our first snowbirding adventure started when I was lucky enough to book this awesome rental. We originally were only planning on renting 1 month but are so very glad we booked 2 months. Working with the owner Nicole was such a pleasure. She was kind, considerate, and understanding to our needs. Qualities that are rare these days. The accommodations were spectacular and there was plenty of room to entertain our many traveling guests. From the moment you walk in the door, the view overwhelms you. You can't wait to see what is next. The kitchen was beautiful and gathering around the island was a great place to play cards and have snacks. The beds were awesome and so very comfortable. The pool table was a bonus as my husband is quite the pool player. Everything was top notch, even the silverware. We own timeshare and some of the places we have stayed at just can’t compare to what we had on this trip. Most of my time was spent out on the patio watching the boats, ducks and other waterfowl, while my husband golfed. The view was stunning and each morning I wondered what the day would bring. We made quick friends with the neighbor lady and she shared some secrets of the locals. We traveled to neighboring towns and explored the area. Oatman is not to be missed and Laughlin has some great inexpensive shows. We rented a pontoon boat (Lake Havasu Adventure Company - the best) and had a most memorable time. Everything is just "over there" meaning a 20 minute drive to Bullhead City. You can find anything there. We ate at some pretty enjoyable places but the best meals were made on our outdoor grill/kitchen with a margarita in hand. I believe there is now a blender included as I mentioned that to Nicole and she was right on it. This being new to the rental market and us being the longest renters thus far, I left a memory book for future renters to leave their tips, thoughts and thanks. I know the pages will be filled with great memories as was ours. I have nothing but praise for this whole adventure. If you have the opportunity, you must check this out for yourself. I highly recommend this property and the owners. Thanks for making our first Awesome Snowbird Adventure so very comfortable.

This property is absolutely stunning. Very spacious and very accommodating, with beautiful views. Very clean and fully loaded. The perfect family home to stay at. Our family was very impressed and had a blast. I also cant thank Nicole enough. She is the best host. I have had great experiences renting through VRBO, but nicole takes the cake. Thank you for everything

Gorgeous house with a friendly host

The house was gated, comfortable and clean. No garage access but it was fine. only a couple issues. All the beds had a lot of dog hair on them prior to our stay, but there was a washer which was a helpful. The Neighbors to the right was not kid friendly yelled at me and my kids for swimming to close to there property. But everyone else is the Neighborhood seemed very nice. The kids room had toys which my kids enjoyed. The backyard was lovely my favorite part was the water fountains. Overall had a great stay and the host was very helpful and friendly did respond quickly to all of my issues. Definitely would recommend this stay.

Wonderful Holiday Stay

This is a beautiful modern home in a gated community on the water. My family came for a week for the holidays and were not disappointed. The place is spacious with a wonderful kitchen/common room, and the bedrooms are carefully laid out to give everyone privacy and quiet. The host was totally responsive and treated us well. Highly recommended and would stay again.

Beautiful House!
