This beautiful brand new custom home is all one level (no steps) featuring an open concept main room, and offers four bedrooms with one cal-king bed, two queens, and two twin bunks plus trundle beds (5 twin mattresses in home and 1 full). Perfect for families, this home offers bunk beds for kids, a spacious living room for movie nights, and a fenced yard for playtime. A full appliance stocked modern kitchen with a large island, 5 bar stools and a lot of counter space allows you to easily prepare your meals while entertaining. The kitchen is furnished with stainless steel appliances including a gas cook-top, steel range hood with artistic ceiling height back splash, open rustic wood shelving, microwave, dishwasher and large refrigerator and kitchen featuring reverse osmosis at sink and fridge. Many food prep tools, including instapot, air fryer, two food processors, crockpots, coffeemaker, grinder, large mixing bowls, large roasting pan, non-stick and stainless steel pans for the chefs in your family. Wine and margarita glasses, plenty of options. Many spices and condiments available, tea and enough coffee for your first couple days. The kitchen is open to the large great room with plush brown pottery barn super soft leather sofa, and a long linen sofa, large 58" Samsung Smart TV with direct tv satellite cable and internet +Chromecast, and plenty of natural light. The master bedroom has a cal king size bed, a dresser, nightstands, walk in closet, 40" flat screen TV, and a separate entrance to the backyard. Closet has a blower for your use for backyard. Attached is the master bathroom with his and hers vanity, a sunken tub, and a walk-in glass door shower. The master is a Jack Jill shared second entrance with master bedroom #2 featuring 40" TV, queen bed, and relaxing decor (you can lock off second door for added privacy). Guest bedroom #3 is near the front entrance hallway of the house, has two twin bunkbeds (3 singles and 1 full), with (2 single mattresses) and a TV with Chromecast and DVD player.
