The approximately 70 m² apartment in the basement is suitable for up to 6 people. The stairs visible in the photos lead directly down into an open Alpine-style kitchen-living area with a dining area, a large double bed and a comfortable sofa bed for two people.

In a separate small bedroom (without window) there is another bed for 2 people. The apartment also has a modern bathroom and an additional toilet.
The house has four apartments, two one-room apartments and two larger two-room apartments that can accommodate up to 6 people.

All apartments have fully equipped kitchens, WiFi and TV and are suitable for families or groups as well as for business travellers.

In addition, all guests have access to a washing machine and dryer, which can be used for a fee.
