Our light - flooded holiday apartment in our single - family house in 1. OG is 90 square meters and very comfortably furnished. We have baptized the apartment "Bergblick" because it not only offers a wonderful view of our garden, but above all on the mountains and the adjacent landscape protection area.

The apartment with special design features:
- a huge living-dining area (50 sqm) with a nice well-equipped kitchen (8 sqm).
- 1 large bedroom (16 sqm) with box spring bed (1.80 x 2.00)
- and 1 smaller bedroom (9sqm) with double bed (1.40 x 2.00).
- Furthermore, there are 2 bathrooms in this apartment: 1 shower room with toilet and 1 bathroom with bath without toilet. Both bathrooms are equipped with special Villeroy & Boch tiles, which are a rarity today.

A desk is available as a workstation + Wi-Fi connection is available.

Decoration, design and design are very important to us. The apartment and the entire house incl. Incidentally, the garden was designed and furnished according to the Feng Shui Harmony Doctrine. So we hope that you too will feel very comfortable here.

Explore Prien and our environment!

Baden & water sports:

From our house you are only 5 minutes by car to the first bathing place. In Prien there is also a nice adventure and wellness pool with outdoor pool and an associated outdoor pool and sauna. At the harbor Prien Stock the Chiemsee ships start to the royal castle on the Herreninsel and to the charming beautiful Fraueninsel. Incidentally, you should also come to Fraueninsel before Christmas if you can. (Note: The Christmas market (around the island) is a very special attraction.)

You can also rent boats in Prien at the bathing place Schraml and thus you can also "sail" the lake Chiemsee yourself. Stand-up paddling is also very popular on Lake Chiemsee.

As a hiking enthusiast or biker, you will come into your own with us:
Basically, you can walk away from our front door. Most of the higher mountains can be reached in about 30 minutes from the signposted hiking car parks. In the Priental between Aschau and Sachrang you can also walk wonderfully in the valley on the river Prien and admire numerous rare herbs.
In Chiemgau, there is the tradition of "after-work tours". We take a headlamp with us - walk to a hut before sunset - and return after sunset. This is something special". Outside the Chiemgau most huts are closed in the evening.

By the way, the Hefteralm is especially beautiful for children, because it can be reached in about 1 hour by foot from Rottau and there are many sweet animals on the alpine pasture. B. Miniature ponies.
