The condo features A/C in all bedrooms and a commercial grade A/C in the Living Room to ensure you stay nice and cool on your trip. There is a 40-inch smart flat screen TV with cable TV, free wireless internet, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, blender, coffee maker, stove/oven.

The condo building has a generator which powers everything in the condo including A/C.

Sleeping Arrangements- Can sleep up to 6 people with 2 single beds in each bedroom that can all be pushed together to make a comfortable king-sized bed with an extra padding in between.

We offer in-house meal packages which are a great value for money and can take the burden of deciding where to eat-out or what to cook while you are on holiday. The meal packages include food, non-alcoholic beverages and a chef to prepare, cook and clean-up. For the meal package, breakfast usually consists of a variation of pancakes, banana pancakes, granola, French toast, eggs, omelets, gallo pinto, hash browns, fresh fruit, tortillas and/or toast. Lunch and dinner are generally a meat (chicken, fish, beef or lobster) with a potato, rice and/or tostones and a salad and/or fresh veggies. Our chef also makes sandwiches, lasagna, tacos, pasta, hamburgers, BBQ or pizza. If there is anything in particular you'd like him to cook he'd be happy to do it. Also, we would reimburse you for any meals you choose to skip if you want to go out to eat as long as you give us a 24 hour notice that you will not want a certain meal so our chef can plan her day. We can offer you 3 meals a day for $35/person/day, 2 meals a day for $25/person/day or just dinner (no drinks included) for $14/person (or $17/person for lobster dinner). Kids under 12 can have a smaller portioned plate at half price.

We offer reliable and safe transportation services from Managua Airport for $90/one way for a sedan (up to 4 people) and $160/one way for a van (up to 10 people with luggage). They can pick you up at anytime day or night, so you can be enjoying the beach within 2.5 hours of your arrival to Nicaragua. The drivers can also stop at the shops for you to pick up any necessities.

We would be happy to organise a variety of activities for you during your stay.There will be an info guide in your condo with all the activities and day trip options including: boat trips (surf, fish or site-seeing), surf board rentals, surf lessons, surf photography, massage, yoga, moto rentals, bike rentals, horseback riding, atv tours, kayaking, spanish lessons and more.

Boat/Surfing Trips: Our boat trips are arranged using the local pangas (fishing boats) from Gigante. The boats have a small canopy and can fit up to 7 people. The panga can pick you up just off the beach in Hacienda Iguana if you can swim or paddle out to it otherwise we can arrange transportation to Gigante to launch the boat from the beach there.

Surf Photography: Professional surf photography from the water or land. Shoot for up to 3 hours at any one location. Rates start at $125 from land or $150 from water for up to 4 people and $25 for each additional person.

Surfboard Rentals: If you would like to rent a board, just let us know your preference and we will make sure there is one at the condo ready to go for you.

Horseback Riding: We can arrange for up to 4 horses to be brought down to the beach for you to ride. You can rent a horse for $25/hour/horse and are welcome to ride it where you like for that hour. It is not an organized tour just free riding.

Nicaragua Cultural Tour: Experience true Nicaraguan country living by taking a local cultural tour. Check out multiple different farm animals, take an ox cart ride or horseback riding back into the jungle and return to a local families house to make tortillas. Afterwards enjoy the tortillas with freshly made cuajada (local cheese) and Jamaica (local juice). This is a great option for families. Pricing and tour options vary.
