The stay was great. We had a family of seven and there was plenty of a room for everyone. Showers were nice and big and plenty of space for luggage. Restaurants close by were great.

Location was ideal for getting around Paris!Place was clean and beds very comfy. Excellent gathering spaces- dining room kitchen and sitting area.

The property was ready for us ahead of time, impeccably cleaned, well decorated and equipped to host a large group! The location is spectacular. So many restaurants just steps away, the Arc de Triumph and two major metro stations about 5-10 mins away. At one point we had an issue with the washer/dryer but the property owner promptly sent someone up and it was back in order in no time. Overall it was a gorgeous place with plenty of space, convenient, and safe!

We loved the location and size of this apartment. The bedroom and bathroom locations were great. Our one complaint is the smell of sewer that affected 2 of the bedrooms. But everything else was great and the hosts communicated quickly and well. We would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Paris apartment! The location was amazing, with restaurants, bakeries, shops, and a small supermarket all within walking distance. The Champs-Élysées was nearby, and we enjoyed exploring the area on foot. We even walked part of the way to the Eiffel Tower. One highlight was being able to see the Eiffel Tower from the apartment!The apartment was on the seventh floor, with a convenient elevator in the building. It was very clean, spacious, and well equipped, with seven bedrooms and everything we needed for a comfortable stay.The host was kind and communicative, responding promptly and even calling to make sure everything was okay and that we had everything we needed. We truly appreciated the thoughtful service.The only downside was the 360 early check-in fee. Our flight arrived early, and after a long flight from the U.S. with a baby, we needed a place for the baby to rest. We understand that early check-in is an additional service, but we have stayed at other properties where hosts allowed early check-in or late check-out at no extra cost when the apartment was ready. Still, we chose to pay because we did not want to spend several hours outside after an international flight with a baby.Aside from that, we had a great experience and especially appreciated the cleanliness, amenities, and fantastic location. Would we stay here again? Absolutely yes! We would happily book this apartment again.

Family Holiday

Great location. No fault of property.. but construction noise most of stay. Also a sewage smell from several bathrooms. They did come and worked on it and it helped.

Incredible Paris Apartment in the perfect location

A stunning apartment in an incredible location. We would all stay here again. We booked through VRBO and communication from the VRBO portal to the management company did not work. This was frustrating and a bit unnerving as the apartment was showing up on the VRBO map in a different location. When we were able to connect with Merveil the management company everything ran smoothly. The apartment is in a beautiful building in one of the best locations in Paris. Views of the Eiffel Tower and Sacre-Coeur. Extremely clean and updated, rooms were spacious and comfortable. It is a phenomenal property.

I have never before given a review of a property I’ve stayed at because they usually don’t meet expectations. Our group of six adults and four children fit the property perfectly. Everyone in the family was thrilled with their accommodations. The location of this property was very thoughtful. We ate across the street at Saint Honare several times. The food was great. The supermarket just half a block on the way to the Arc de Triumph had most of what we needed. At the bottom of the street was a lovely park. The taxi stand kitty corner to the apartment made all transportation so easy. In one week, we barely scratched the surface of the close sites. The neighborhood was very safe. We ran into a couple of technical issues so I sent an online chat to Merveil and the response was so rapid and thorough that I was truly impressed by their professionalism. Simply the best experience you could want.

Fabulous property in a great neighborhood. Apartment was beautiful. Plenty of room for a family of 12 adults. Bedrooms were a good size for a city and plenty of bathrooms, so no one was ever waiting. Apartment was super clean and tidy when we arrived. We loved that the apartment came with a well equipped kitchen, including a Nespresso, oven, dishwasher, washing machine / dryer. The AC was fantastic (and much needed given Paris was 102F one day we were there). Best part was sitting out on the balcony from the family room at night where you had a wonderful view of the city, including the Eiffel Tower and Sacre Coeur. Location is wonderful, in a residential neighborhood about a 5 min walk from Arc de Triomphe and Champs d'Elyse. There are three brasseries / bars right below the apartment (but no noise) and two grocery stores a 2 minute walk away. The hosts (Merveil) were very responsive by email / text, usually replying within 30 mins. They let us drop bags at the apartment around 1pm before a 4pm check in which was really appreciated. We all had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again next time we are in Paris!

We stayed at the property for 7 days with 6 adults and 5 children. Our family group really enjoyed this property. Consistent A rating from everyone. Our favorite feature was the living room balcony that overlooks the city, the Eiffel Tower, Sacre Coure and the great local neighborhood. There are at least 10 good restaurants close by. Communication with the property management staff was excellent! There are 2 Metro stations within a 5 to 10 minute walk.

Merveil management went beyond in helping us arrange transportation to and from airport and other details. They contacted us directly several times prior to the trip to make certain all was as we wished. This is a top-end residential neighborhood. Great for walking, restaurants, and subway access to major sites.
