LIVING ROOM:

The living room is spacious and bright. It features a comfortable dining area and a sofa bed (140 x 190 cm), comfortably accommodating up to 6 people. For bookings of 3 or 4 people, and if the sofa bed is to be made up, there is an additional linen fee of €25 to be paid upon arrival. Enjoy breakfast on the romantic french balcony.



KITCHEN:

The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, an oven, a hob (4 cooking zones), a microwave, a fridge with freezer compartment and a washing machine, as well as everything you need to prepare your meals like at home.







BEDROOMS:

The apartment includes two comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with a king-size bed (160 × 200 cm) to ensure a restful sleep.

The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, while the second bedroom is equipped with the same comfortable king-size bed, making it ideal for couples, friends or families.





BATHROOMS:

Two modern bathrooms offer optimal comfort. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. A second, separate bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, sink, and toilet: ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring Nice.





GOOD TO KNOW:

One of the bathrooms has a separate clothes dryer and a clothes drying rack for those who do not want to use the tumble dryer.

By confirming the booking of this accommodation, the tenant/customer accepts our terms and conditions.

- All our accommodations are non-smoking. The rooms are equipped with bed linen and towels as per the reservation and include a hairdryer, iron and ironing board, toiletries (including hand soap, shower gel and shampoo) as well as a basic set with toilet paper, bin bags, tea towels and a sponge.

- We provide one beach towel per person. We simply ask that you wash it in the provided washing machine before your departure (detergent is provided).

- Please note that our check-in hours are from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. You are welcome to arrive after 8:00 PM. However, please be aware that a fee of €20 will be charged for arrivals between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM; €30 between 10:00 PM and midnight; and €50 between midnight and 1:00 AM. After 1:00 AM, the receptionist will decide whether you can check in; in this case, the fee is €100.

Fixed registration fees only for the Christmas/New Year period – December 24, 25 and 31 as well as January 1 (including late fees): from 4 pm to 8 pm: €50; from 8 pm to 10 pm: €75; from 10 pm to midnight: €100; from midnight to 1 am: €150; after 1 am: €200.

Late check-in fees can be paid in cash or by credit card and are due at the time of check-in.

- Pre-Check-in Information - To make your arrival as smooth as possible, you will receive a secure link after your booking to complete a short online pre-check-in form through our property management system.

The form only takes a few minutes to complete and helps us prepare everything for your stay and your check-in. It also enables us to comply with French legal requirements for short-term rental accommodations.

- We also offer you the option to book small extras to surprise your loved ones or simply to increase your own comfort. Further information about our additional options will be provided in the pre-registration message, which you will receive approximately three weeks before your arrival.

- You can reserve a travel cot and a highchair using our pre-registration form up to three weeks before your arrival (one-time rental fee for the travel cot: €20; one-time rental fee for the highchair: €15 – payable upon check-in). Please note that we do not provide bedding for the travel cot. We also kindly ask you to return the travel cot and/or highchair clean; otherwise, we will be obliged to charge you an additional fee of €20 (per item).
