Myrtle House is a true home away from home nestled in the Cotswolds, sleeping up to eight guests, in four welcoming bedrooms, with two bathrooms. This large Cotswold holiday home has been thoughtfully finished to offer an inviting and comfortable stay with an open plan kitchen/dining room plus multiple living areas, ideal for socialising with friends and family. Outside there are two gardens with ample outdoor furniture including a sheltered patio accessed from the sunroom, perfect for enjoying the sunshine. This property even accepts two medium sized dogs to join in the adventures!

Bedrooms 3 and 4 have sloped ceilings and are accessed via a steep staircase which does not have a handrail (this could pose difficulty to guests with limited mobility)
The smoke and CO detectors operate on a sound only basis and, therefore, those who have serious impairment of hearing may not be able to hear the alarm systems and could be at risk
No smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property

Things to Note...
The maximum occupancy for this property is 8 guests. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 4 additional infants
Hen and Stag parties are not permitted, though other same sex groups can enquire
Events are not permitted without prior consent
A security deposit is required at this property
Check in is from 17:00 and check out is by 10:00
Myrtle House has a lovely garden for guests to enjoy and it is important to the owners that guests are courteous and considerate towards the neighbouring properties. We politely request that guests do not disturb the neighbours and that loud music is not played outside after 22:00
