VILLA NO PROBLEM - brand new villa - only 5 minutes away from Teeth of the Dog!

Villa No Problem is the place to be and forget all your problems. We have a privileged location close to Teeth of the Dog, the hotel, the beach, La Marina and all the amenities in Casa de Campo. Villa No Problem is popular for the service of our wonderful & charming staff.

Our villa has an open layout and a very peaceful view of the “bosque” (woods) area. We are located in a very private, secure and quiet area of the Resort.

Villa No Problem invites you to disconnect from all the daily stress, connect with nature and the beautiful views from our terrace, read a book, have a glass of wine, or just have endless conversations with friends and families.

In Casa de Campo you can choose to visit any of the Pete Dye designed golf courses, tennis courts, pickleball courts, polo matches and/or beaches. You can even go sailing at Minitas or visit the shooting center. There are also plenty of premium restaurants throughout the resort and amazing concerts to enjoy in Altos de Chavon.

CHECK IN: 3:00 P.M., CHECK OUT 12:00 P.M. If you stay after check out time, you will be charged an extra $100.00 per hour.

Villa No Problem can accommodate 10 people in 5 bedrooms and 5 full ensuite bathrooms. We can consider accommodating 12 people prior to your arrival.

2nd bedroom: 1 King bed
3rd bedroom: 1 King bed
4th bedroom: 1 King Bed
5th bedroom: 2 full beds

• Private patio with a pool, jacuzzi and BBQ area (we also have a new spa area where massages can be arranged).
• Daily maid and chef are included in price (grocery costs are not included). Our food is completely fresh and we use the best fresh ingredients at your request. Our chef can also prepare vegan meals. Please advise of any allergies!

• Massages and/or mani-pedis are available upon request* (separate payment).

For the use of its facilities, Casa de Campo charges a $30/day resort fee per adult (over 12 years) and a $20/day resort fee for children of 4 - 12 years of age. This amount is not included in the rental fee. We have a 3 nights minimum stay.

The golf cart is not included in the rental fee, but we can coordinate (extra charge, paid upon receive and rental agreement need to be signed, prior the use.

Everything is perfectGreat place for four guys to play golf or a small family to enjoy the surrounding amenities. Host was extremely professional. That’s extremely important. We have all been there with bad communication. Come stay at this house and enjoy being taken care of just like you are staying at a wonderful Hotel.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Villa No Problem. The Villa was stunning, and the staff even better; they consistently anticipated all of our needs. Amazing vacation!

First of all, I would like to thank Rossina and Enrique for letting us stay at your beautiful home. We stayed as a group of four adult couples celebrating a milestone birthday. From the initial contact with Rossina to the communication during our stay the host was extremely helpful. The entire vacation was fantastic, largely in part to the incredible staff Angela, Milca and Ana.

Overall our experience was amazing and unforgettable! Starting with Rossina that made all dinner and activities reservations and was continually checking up on us to see how everything was going and if we where having a good time. She also made sure that our house dinner menu was chosen prior to our arrival and was persistent that it was all done within a time line. When we got to the house Angela , Zoraya and Milka attended our every need from our morning coffee to a fabulous breakfast, lunch and dinner if we didn’t have a dinner reservation. They did it with all the love and care in the world. Im great full I chose Villa no Problem for our family vacation to Casa de Campo.

Perfect vacation in a wonderful villa! Excellent location!

From the very beginning the owner of the Villa responded to every question immediately and she was available throughout the entire stay . Excellent communication! The Villa was perfect and everything as described in the website. No hidden surprises. We were a party of seven with three children. The staff treated us as we were in a 5 star hotel. They cooked for us and took care of every single need we had. We could have not asked for a better experience. We had a great time and I would recommend Villa No Problem without hesitation.

Villa No Problem is amazing

We had a wonderful visit to Casa de Campo and I highly recommend Villa No Problem. From our initial conversations until we checked out, Rossina was so responsive and helpful. She truly wanted to make our stay fabulous. She booked golf, massages and dinner reservations and suggested activities for the teenagers. She coordinated car service from the airport and everything worked out perfectly. The house is AMAZING. It is spotless -- so clean! The bedrooms are big and the outdoor space is a true gift. The pool and backyard are really large. The home is close to the Casa de Campo pool, Teeth of the Dog golf course and the tennis/pickleball facilities and the golf carts make it easy to get around. Thank you to Angela and the other staff for making our trip so relaxing and for the amazing meals. Thank you Rossina for renting us your home for a week. It was a great vacation for our family!!

Best vacation ever!!!!

Our family visited Villa No Problem in February 2025. We were joined by a family of close friends of ours. In all, were 4 adults and 3 children (ages 7-10). We all agree it was our best family vacation ever! First, the house and property are pristine, and even nicer than shown in the photos online. The house is decorated tastefully with high quality pieces and finishes, and the beds are all very comfortable. But, what truly made our stay so special is the staff. Milqua our chef was simply incredible. Anjela and Zuleyca met every request with a warm smile. Our meals were perfection, and each day the table was set with a gorgeous unique tablescape. The service and the smiles just did not stop. Our laundry was done daily and the house was always clean. . .it felt just like home (only much better)! The pool was spotlessly clean, and there were always fresh towels available. The golf carts were always ready to go, and being in El Bosque was quiet and a little piece of heaven. We will definitely be returning SOON! Thank you Milqua, thank you Anjela, thank you Zuleyca, and thank you Rossina and Enrique for hosting us in your incredible home!

Best vacation ever!!!!

We stayed for 8 nights and absolutely loved it! House was nice and had all the necessary stuff for our enjoyable stay. The best was the staff they were very helpful during the entire stay and always made sure that we had everything we needed. The resort was awesone... great beaches and location. Food was delicious!!!

Perfect Vacation Villa!!!!

We highly recommend this beautiful villa! The villa looks exactly as in the pictures and was impeccably kept. We felt at home immediately upon arrival. The staff was very friendly and prepared delicious meals. The location is a short golf cart ride away from all Casa de Campo resort attractions such as Minitas beach, the marina and golf. The owners, Rossina and Enrique, were very quick to respond and helpful throughout the process. We definitely recommend a family vacation at this villa and hope to return again soon!!!

Paradise at Villa No Problem!!

I can't thank Rossina & Enrique enough for being such amazing hosts. You made our stay so incredibly comfortable and you always responded swiftly. The home was everything AND THEN SOME!!!! This was a truly perfect relaxation getaway. We were able to explore in our golf carts and visit the state of the art golf course and delicious restaurants. I felt very comfortable making friends at Casa de Campo/Villa No Problem and the night life was truly unforgettable. Needless to say, whenever I return, I know where I'm staying. I am still amazed by our experience. The nightly rate was beyond reasonable. My friends and family are already planning our next getaway. Look no further...this is where you want to be!
