Keep it simple at this tranquil and centrally-located villa in the heart of Casa de Campo. This 5-bedroom home surrounds a large pool, hot tub, with expansive deck - ideal for golfers, sun seekers and sports enthusiasts or those looking to relax in a very private setting. 2 full-time staff: housekeepers/cooks. Preparation of both breakfast and lunch included as part of the basic service (renter supplies food), as well as personal laundry daily as part of our services, with dinner service available at additional cost (USD$50 for their taxi home after employee transportation ends). Babysitting recommendations available at request (subject to additional fees). Free high speed WiFi. Crib, Pack n Play, highchair available at your request (subject to fee).

The villa has a very paradise, tropical, and Dominican-style feel with modern American touches on furniture and decor. Brand new renovation completed January 2023.

We are equipped to host a maximum of 14 overnight guests. The villa has 5 bedrooms. The master bedroom is set up with 1 king bed. The second bedroom has 1 queen bed. The third bedroom has 2 queen beds. The fourth bedroom has 2 full beds. The fifth bedroom has 1 queen Murphy bed. Each room has its own en suite full bathroom. There is an additional guest half bathroom in the main living area as well as an additional full bathroom in the pool area.

The expansive pool deck envelopes a lovely swimming pool with hot tub and a plethora of outdoor seating and dining options.

1-minute walk on the path to the La Romana Country Club, less than 5-minute golf cart ride to Playa Minitas and Beach Club (also walkable distance - 1 mile!). Complete access to all resort facilities and a well-stocked grocery and liquor store in the Marina. Centrally located in the heart of Casa de Campo.

2 full-time housekeeper/cook, and pool maintenance person, who work 9am-4pm daily. All are available for daily personal laundry, meal prep and serve, bartending services, gardening, villa maintenance, etc. Preparation of both breakfast and lunch included as part of the basic service (renter supplies food), with dinner service available at additional cost (USD$40 for their taxi home after employee transportation ends).

This villa is completely stocked with everything you need for the perfect vacation: linens, towels, soap, detergent and all kitchen supplies. Renters are responsible for their own food and beverage; however, you can plan for grocery pre-stocking of the villa in advance through a third party delivery service.

Casa de Campo charges a resort fee of USD$25 per adult per day for access to all resort amenities (a detailed list of amenities included can be found on the Casa de Campo website). This is unrelated to the booking with the owner of this property and is paid directly to Casa de Campo upon arrival to the resort. Thank you for your understanding.

We have the ability to make arrangements for any of your golf tee times and restaurant reservation needs and would be happy to assist in setting these up for you. The beach is a quick golf cart ride away and we also offer a boat charter service that can be set up for half or full day rentals to visit some of the most prestigious, stunning private islands and beaches the Dominican Republic has to offer. We can assist you with golf cart rentals as well as transportation to and from the resort from the airport. Each of these arrangements do require additional fees paid to the companies themselves.

We recommend renting golf carts during your stay for ease of getting around. 4-seaters and 6-seaters are both available for rent. Pricing varies depending on seasonality and availability. Please inquire directly with your host or by visiting our GoRomana website.
