Appliances include an oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and a Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of three doubles, one with an en-suite cloakroom, serviced by a communal shower room. Outside, there is a front, enclosed garden with patio, seating, and barbecue, along with off-road parking for one car, and additional roadside parking nearby. Within 0.1 miles, you will find a shop and pub. Please note, this property welcomes one well-behaved dog, but is non-smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rent. There is a mixture of old and new buildings, now housing several tea rooms and restaurants. It has a good road network, with very easy access to Louth, Lincoln and the coast. The nearby coastline has long, sandy beaches and sand dunes, a haven for wildlife, including a couple of seal sanctuaries, notably Donna Nook Seal Reserve to the north of Mablethorpe. This is ideal cycling country, with quiet country routes and flat terrain. The town provides a good base for touring this lesser known coastal district of Lincolnshire.
