The beachfront suite allows you to wake up in your private retreat soaking in the sun without getting out of bed. Have your coffee right outside your door on the oversized beach front balcony. The bayside suite has plantation shutters and lots of privacy. The Beach Club Bristol 707 is a luxury condo with a fantastic direct gulf view from the 7th floor of the Bristol Tower, which is one of the newer towers at The Beach Club, and is right beside The Clubhouse for your convenience! Breathtaking views of an endless coastline can be yours from this balcony! The living room and master bedroom adjoins the spacious furnished balcony which overlooks the sparkling Bristol pool and hot tub. The Beach Club is a luxury resort located on the Fort Morgan Peninsula, far from the crowds, but offers everything from casual fine dining to burgers by the pool, food trucks plus shopping and ice cream, golfing options are close by and you are near the historic Fort Morgan and Mobile Bay Ferry.

The kitchen is equipped with full size appliances, including an automatic dishwasher, plus a coffee maker, keurig, toaster, blender, mixer, crock pot and can opener. The cabinets are stocked with dishes, utensils, and cookware. A stack full size washer/dryer is in the utility closet by the kitchen. Please bring food, coffee, garbage bags, other disposable products and detergents. If you book this condo, you will have access to the pools and hot tubs at the foot of the four towers and you may patron the fine casual dining restaurant on the second floor of the clubhouse and the salon and spa on the first floor of the clubhouse plus the shops and sports bar & grill, food trucks on the Village Lawn near the entry of the property, playground, and charcoal grills without additional fees. There is plenty of parking in the large parking lot in front of the building. The Resort does charge a parking fee per vehicle so we will need to know how many but one is already included in the rent. We are a member of the Clubhouse so the private amenities are available with a daily fee for the whole condo which is paid in person at the Clubhouse desk for only the days you choose, if any - totally optional. The clubhouse amenities include an indoor pool, fitness center, game room, locker rooms with saunas, outdoor pool with a tiki bar and grill, tennis courts, and childrens activities. Seasonally, you may rent loungers with umbrellas at the beach and pay for parasailing and other beach activities. Tarps and your own beach chairs are allowed in designated areas, but must be removed each night. There is a front closet with a cart, various chairs and umbrellas. Guests use this on an honor system and leave items they do not wish to take home. My condo sleeps no more than 8 guest and most comfortable 4 adults and 4 children. You'll experience peaceful dreams sleeping atop the plush mattress in the ocean front master's king size bed and includes a walk in closet and an updated walk in shower with bench and large magnetic shower head that allows you to pull the center out for a hand held. There's room for friends and family with a bay front king master suite with flat screen TV with its own en suite bathroom.. The bunk room sleeps 4 with a twin over full bunk and a pull out trundle twin mattress. This space makes a great 'kids den' thanks to the flat screen TV and DVD player. The third full bath is in the hall across from the bunk room. We do not offer a sleeper sofa. Bath linen is provided along with a "one day" supply of toiletries and tissue paper. Please bring beach towels, make up removal wipes, toilet tissue and toiletries. Watch movies on one of the four HD flat screen TVs , beat your sister at a game of Gin Rummy or take a nap while the teenagers hit the Jacuzzi!. We'll provide the sun & sand and you provide the fun. You can fix your favorite dish from back home in the well-equipped kitchen or run down to the Village Hideaway Grille for a fresh made pizza & play a round of High Def Golf on the golf simulator. Want a real treat? Walk over to the Beach Club dining room around sunset. Cool drinks and a blazing sunset make for awesome memories. Some nights you can enjoy the live music from the clubhouse right from the balcony. If you enjoy nature, there are several trails through the Bon Secour wildlife refuge next to the resort. There is a marina a few miles away for deep sea fishing or if you prefer golf, there are two golf courses within a few miles. The Peninsula course offers 20% off to our guests and Kiva Dunes is right next door! Go ahead...you deserve to relax and have fun! It's your vacation!
