Avalon Tower Knee Wall Replacement: An important project will be underway Fall 2025 – all Knee Walls will be replaced beginning September 9, 2025 and is expected to be completed by end of March 2026. During this project, there will be no handicap parking spaces available at Avalon. Specific balconies may be out of commission for some periods of time during the project. Work hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. Work on Saturdays will only occur with express permission, typically if weather delays require adjustment. Expect noise as well as debris and potentially redirected paths at the Avalon Tower. Pools will remain open during construction. Work will pause for Thanksgiving week (November 21-30). Work will resume December 1

The Beach Club Avalon 409 is a luxury two bedroom condo with 2 and 1/2 baths, a King bed master bedroom, 1 full and 1 Twin bunk in the second bedroom and a sofa sleeper in the living room. The Beach Club is a family oriented Southern Style upscale resort. This condo is located on the 4th floor right on the beach with a spectacular view of the sugar white sand, the waves and the Gulf of Mexico. Both the living room and master bedroom have sliding doors that lead to a large furnished balcony overlooking the pools and promenade in addition to the beach. Recent upgrades include matching granite counter tops in the kitchen and all bathrooms along with large floor tile the living room.

Each bedroom also has its own private adjoining bath. Plus, the hallway bath is very convenient for all. Bedding and bath linen is provided along with amenities intended to get you through the first day.

Whether you choose to dine-in or out, you will enjoy the full kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. It is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, and dishes. Just bring your food, drinks, and paper goods and dine at the table with six chairs. In the kitchen pantry is a combo washer/dryer. The beautiful Avalon pool is located at the foot of the tower and has a wading pool and a jacuzzi. A convenient boardwalk leads to the beach and has showers. Beach chair/umbrella set-ups and other beach activities such as para-sailing are provide by a rental service. A casual fine dining restaurant and bar is located upstairs over the Clubhouse with a great view! None other compares with the food and view in the area! Shopping and a salon are on site, too! You will have access to the pool and hot tubs at the foot of the tower and may patron the shops in the Clubhouse and at the front of the resort.

Since the owner is a member of The Club, you will have access to the private amenities as well with a daily fee, payable at The Club Desk in person for the days you choose for about $40.00 per day for the entire family. These private amenities include an indoor heated pool, large community pool with a hot tub, poolside entertainment, Tiki Bar and Grill, fitness center, game room, tennis courts and much more! Beach Loungers are available for rent at the Clubhouse desk. Many items are seasonal, however, you will notice our pricing reflects the season as well.

Nice rooms good value

The beach club is well maintained and pleasant. It's a great place for people from up north to escape the snow and cold without paying Florida rates.

Relaxing family vacation

We were looking for somewhere that had good space and a private beach and found it! The location of the condo was perfect and the beach was amazing! The pool was beautiful and big however we never used it, just went to the beach.

Spring Break 2024

Had a wonderful, restful stay at the condo for spring break. The condo is beautiful & was well stocked with everything we needed. We used the chair service on the beach, & it was perfect. We didn’t have to wag chairs to the beach. We would definitely stay in this condo again.

This was a great place to stay. pretty private. 11 miles to Hwy 59. The more you travel it the less time it takes. lol Overall I would definitely stay again.

The condo itself is nice however, nothing was disclosed about there being significant construction taking place on the building we stayed in. The hallway/breezeway leading to our condo was fenced off with very little room left for a walkway. The construction workers were not very receptive to us as we tried to walk to/from our room. On top of that, there was tremendous dust from the apparent stucco repairs taking place which was not great for my 10 yr old asthmatic son. We can certainly appreciate repairs/maintenance being performed on the building, but I think it was misleading to not let us know about the construction. We would have selected another place to stay.

Great start to Summer!!!

Condo was very clean on arrival and no issues with our stay. The sofa sleeper did not have sheets for our 1st night and I sent a text for linen supplies. The linen was brought the next morning.

Great condo bad weather.

This condo was great. The weather was bad during our stay so we weren’t able to get into the waves but the pool was great. On the final day of the trip the weather was much better, however since the weather was good the beach club complex filled the beach with chairs and umbrellas making it very difficult for anyone who didn’t rent from them to have space on the beach. But the condo unit itself was still fabulous.

Beach Club

This is the second time we have stayed at the Beach Club. The area is relatively remote and quite, which is what we like. The main issue we had was trying to hear back from the property manager (Pam Martin Beach Vacations). They were either slow to respond or never responded. We had a few questions prior to our arrival, and a couple of issues that we tried to get resolved while we were there, but we never heard back from them. I would definitely return to the Beach Club at some point, but I would not stay in a property that is managed by this group.

Perfect Setting and Accommodations for a Trip to the Gulf

We wanted a location for our older teenagers to be able to walk to the beach at their leisure if one of us was already out at the beach. In additions, the accommodations needed to have at least 2 full bathrooms, a fully functioning kitchen, and laundry machines. This beach front condo was exactly what we needed without the crazy busy beaches to the East. The weather turned out great so we didn’t need to buy the clubhouse pass. All the appliances worked. The smart tv in the living room was great. We had a few minor this things like the light under the microwave needed a new bulb. I let Pam know and maintenance fixed it. The only thing that was a surprise and I let Pam know is the second bedroom at some point the twin bed became a bunk bed and the double bed was still there. We made it work and I’m sure if you have younger children, it will be a welcomed change. We hope to come back and book again with Pam at the Avalon!!!

Very nice condo perfect for a family of 5. The condo was quite and clean and great view. The only negative was at night the pool area is very dark not much lighting and some of the lights in pool were out. It wasnt very safe for children bc of the darkness. Also only one of the hot tubs worked so it stayed full. The store which I thought was on site was up the road and wasn’t open on Sunday. Also the restaurant on site is impossible to get into apparently you have to make reservations at same time you book condo. Loved the condo it was very nice but amenities weren’t really as described as on site and not even able to use.

Great views , Cozy Condo

The location is the best. It’s right on the beach with great views from the balcony. One day it was too windy for the beach, so I spent the day at the pool which was a great and convenient option. The condo had lots of space and was very clean. The king bed was very comfortable. Would go back in a heartbeat.
