Set in the countryside near Sint Joost, this detached farmhouse is the kind of place where large group weekends quickly settle into an outdoor rhythm. Breakfast usually drifts onto the terrace, afternoons move between the pool and garden without much planning, and evenings tend to stretch late beside the fireplace once the temperature cools down. Sleeping up to 16 guests across seven bedrooms, the property works especially well for extended families and friend groups looking for space, privacy, and a slower pace without feeling too remote.

The private swimming pool and large garden naturally become the centre of the stay during warmer months, while the surrounding greenery keep the atmosphere calm throughout the day. Guests travelling with pets often appreciate the open outdoor areas and nearby walking routes, especially early in the morning when the countryside is still completely quiet.

Forest trails begin around 100 metres from the farmhouse, making spontaneous evening walks especially easy after dinner. Echt-Susteren Golf Club can be reached within roughly 12 minutes by car for golf afternoons, while Designer Outlet Roermond sits around 19 km away for shopping and cafés. The surrounding Limburg region is also known for cycling routes, lake areas, and watersports around the Maasplassen during summer.

By late afternoon, most people naturally end up back at the farmhouse, whether that means sitting beside the pool with a drink, cooking outdoors while the garden stays quiet around them, or simply slowing down after a long day spent cycling through the Limburg countryside.

To ensure everyone's comfort, we observe a quiet time policy from 22:00 to 9:00 , allowing all guests to enjoy a restful environment.
