Holiday home with whirlpool and sauna as well as a fantastic location in the dunes of the North Sea. The house is located high with a beautiful view of the sea and the scenic dune landscape. There are activity rooms with billiards, table tennis and table football. The kitchen is i.a. equipped with refrigerator as well as freezer, ceramic hob and dishwasher. There are a total of four bedrooms as well as two mattresses on the loft. The house is equipped with energy-saving heat pump and wood stove, and there is underfloor heating throughout the house. The house is located on a 2350 m & # 178; large dune plot approx. 200 m from the sea. 200 m & # 178; open terrace area and 25 m & # 178; covered terrace. There is a swing. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
