The well-equipped cottage has cheap heating via air / water heat pump and a cozy wood stove in the living room. There are BWT systems that soften all water and remove lime. Washer and dryer are in separate laundry room. There is an ironing board and an iron in the cottage. There are four bedrooms, two of which have a double bed and a bunk bed for 1 person. There are two good bathrooms, one with whirlpool for relaxation after an active day in the area. Throughout the house there is underfloor heating. There is a high chair and weekend bed. From the living room there is direct access to the large terrace area. Two terraces are covered and then there is a large, open terrace around most of the house. Here is always the opportunity to find sun or shade as well as ample opportunity for barbecue, relaxation and coziness. There is a lot of garden furniture. The plot is a flat cottage plot with lawn, and for the children there are set up swings and football goals. There is a charger for electric cars, but bring your own converter. Not for rent to youth groups.
