Built in 2021 from high-quality materials, this spacious vacation home consists of an open kitchen connected to the living room, where there is a TV and direct access to the partially covered terrace. Outside, there is a barbecue and garden furniture. The house also has four bedrooms and two good bathrooms. The beautiful beach of Skarrev is only about 25 meters from the house and offers, among other things, a pétanque court and soccer goal, as well as a small playground at the nearby campsite, which you are welcome to use. After a refreshing dip in the sea, you can rinse off under the house's outdoor shower at the back of the house. The vacation home is located on a large natural property, and there is also a large communal area that is perfect for ball games, etc. No rentals to youth groups!A refundable deposit may be charged before check-in to cover utilities and additional services. It is adjusted to actual usage, and any remaining balance is refunded within 21 days after checkout.
