As you enter the apartment you will find a large open plan living and dining area. The dining area comprises of a large table with seats for 6 guests. There is a large sofa couch, coffee table and a 40” smart tv plus internet throughout the property. From the living area you can find a small balcony with outdoor furniture where you can enjoy beautiful views of the city and precisely the landmark of Nicosia.
As you walk down the corridor you will find a fully equipped moder kitchen on your right, the main bathroom with a walk in shower and two large bedrooms with double beds that have a second combined balcony.

As per updated Cypriot Government guidelines, all guests staying in hotel or managed apartments must have begun and/or completed the Covid Vaccination Scheme. This applies to all guests checking in between the dates January 10th - January 31st 2022. We remain at your full disposal should you have any further enquiries. All passport/ID’s copies for occupants and guests must be provided prior to arrival. No access to the Property can be given until Phaedrus Living has seen satisfactory identification -such determination to be at the Phaedrus Living sole discretion. Lead Guest must be 18 years or above to stay at the Property Any removal of property inventory may be treated as theft. No smoking inside the property. No pets allowed. No loud music or parties allowed. In case of loss of accommodation keys, the service fee of 35- 60 Euros to change the lock will be paid by guest Any illegal activity will result in immediate ejection and notification to the Police. Booking fees will not be refundable by Phaedrus Living in this scenario. Building rules and procedures must be adhered by guests. At the end of the reservation, the premises and its fixtures and fittings must be in the same condition provided at the commencement of the stay. Any breakages, or necessary repairs and replacements will be paid by the guest. Renewal of the reservation is at the discretion of the Phaedrus Living. The guest should inform the Phaedrus Living at least 3 days in advance and it is subject to availability. Payment will be required upon confirmation of the extension of the reservation. If the guest acts against any of the conditions specified above Phaedrus Living has the right to terminate the reservation instantly.
