Villa Glycines is set in the peaceful village of Aumes with a bar and restaurant just a short 2 minute walk from the villa. It provides an excellent base to explore the Languedoc when lazing around the pool is not the order of the day. The beautiful town of Pezenas, a 10 minute drive away, is a must see. With pretty streets lined with cafes and restaurants and a stunning Saturday market, it’s considered to be one of the most beautiful towns in the region. Varied seaside resorts are only a 30 minute drive away and include the stunning resort of Cap d’Agde and the authentic fishing resort of Sete. Discover Lake Salagou, popular for its beaches, water sports, walking and cycling, or take a stroll along the Canal du Midi. Explore the beautiful sun-drenched historical cities of Beziers, Montpellier, Narbonne, and Carcassonne, with its world-famous medieval fortified city.
