We would like to clarify that, during your stay, we offered several times to access the apartment and inspect the issues you reported, but unfortunately, access was not provided. As a result, we were unable to see or investigate these concerns while you were in the apartment, or assist you with them at the time. After your check-out, we inspected all the amenities and facilities mentioned, and everything was found to be working properly. We were therefore surprised by some of the comments, especially as the apartment has consistently received very positive reviews and we have not previously received reports of these issues. We’re sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations, but we hope this provides some context regarding our attempts to assist during your stay. Thank you again for your feedback.

I’m really sorry for the inconvenience with the lift and the confusion around the door codes. We completely understand how frustrating that must have been, especially with heavy bags and the warm weather. The good news is that we’ve now sorted both issues — the lift is back in service, and we’ve improved the check-in process to avoid any code confusion going forward.
