Fantastic apartment in a great location. Our host was terrific, accommodating us given a nearly 24 hour delay due to flight cancellations. Check in was smooth and our host was so easy to communicate with. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this property.

What a great stay! The apartment was beautifully remodeled and furnished, very clean and spacious. The location was also amazing. An easy walk from the train in a really cute neighborhood with lots of shops and restaurants. Easy to get wherever you needed to go from there. The host was very responsive and made communication check-in and check out a breeze. Loved our stay!

This was a great location and made it easy to maneuver the city. Dalton was very responsive and helpful. The flat was clean, and well-stocked with kitchen necessities. It was also a reasonably quiet location (obviously recognizing there will be some city noises in a garden unit, of course!). Thank you for a wonderful "home base" for our London adventure!

Flat was perfect for two couples. It was clean, comfortable, felt very safe inside the building, but downstairs. The dishwasher and washing machine were extremely loud. The dryer setting insufficient. A bit on the pricey side, but it is London and very convenient for getting around. Really appreciated the check in with Dalton.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Wimpole Street Flat. Dalton was great in meeting us for the check in. He also checked back with us to make sure everything was going smoothly. The flat was clean, came as advertised and everything worked well. We would certainly look to stay in the flat again.

Loved our stay!

Everything from start to finish was amazing! The check in process, the location of the property, the rooms, and the AC (it was very hot during our stay so we were pleasantly surprised to have AC!). Highly highly recommend this apartment and would stay again next trip to London!

We had an extended stay of almost 6 weeks at this flat and loved the location! It is steps away from Marylebone High Street and Oxford & Bond Street Tube Stations. Regent and Hyde Park are a sort walk as well. Overall, the flat was very clean, but we did have a problem with clothes moths that were in all the rooms. Dalton did provide traps which helped but did not eliminate fully. It was nice that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The flat has been updated. The washer/dryer unit does not dry, but there is a drying rack in the flat. We notice that you can hear the Tube running below which for us, was a hard adjustment to sleep with.

Quiet & comfortable & spacious. Good storage throughout, & easily accessible from street. Nice neighborhood, but medical/office district so not as residential as I had wanted. Also the unit is below street level but still nice natural light. Beds were not the standard US king size but very comfortable. Kitchen could be a bit better stocked & organized, but otherwise no major issues - updated appliances, & great water heat & pressure. Also really loved the AC & floor fan in bedroom! Lovely living area!

A very spacious apartment in an amazing location that is within walking distance to many attractions and shops. Check-in was easy - Dalton met us at the door and we were fortunate to be able to check in early. Despite being below street level, there was lots of natural light (those with mobility issues may find the stairs difficult, but it wasn't a problem for us). There was also plenty of storage and the beds were comfortable, albeit on the softer side, but this is personal preference. We appreciated the toiletries provided, however if you are staying for more than a couple days you will have to replenish yourself. The washer/dryer was also very useful to have. We couldn't figure out the drying feature, but were able to use the drying rack provided. Overall, a great stay and would recommend!

The flat is very cute and most importantly for the London heat wave, it has a/c or "air con" as the British say. Each major room has separate environmental controls so everyone was happy. The living room contains comfortable seating and a dining table for 4 people. The kitchen is described as a kitchenette but we found it to be much more than adequate. There are several grocery stores within walking distance. The flat was clean upon arrival. The location in Marylebone is central to many typical tourist activities. The Bond Street tube station is a close walk and there is a nice French bakery at the end of the block that sells a variety of pastries, coffee, and sandwiches. We visited Westminster Abbey, walked Westminster bridge, and took a boat to Greenwich (highly recommend). Another unexpectedly interesting tour was of the Churchill War Museum. We shopped at several major department stores within walking distance of the flat. The flat is located below street level and does not have an elevator down to that level. The stairs were just fine for us, but I imagine that people with mobility issues would find the location challenging, if not impossible to navigate. The best part of our stay was the troubleshooting that the owner's contact, Dalton, performed when the a/c in the primary bedroom refused to work. The next day Dalton had an electrician on site to take care of the problem. He kept us up-to-date and was easily reachable, even after hours. This is 5-star service!
