Bournecoast are delighted to offer this spacious three bedroom apartment, occupying the entire ground floor of a house. The property features its own private driveway and entrance, whilst also providing generous indoor and outdoor space. Ideally situated, it is just a brief stroll from the sandy beaches of Boscombe and Southbourne. Southbourne High Street is walking distance away for an array of convenience stores, restaurants, cafes and pubs. This apartment makes for a very modern, coastal retreat making it an excellent choice for a family holiday.

THE ACCOMMODATION:
The ornate Master Bedroom has a King Size Bed and ensuite shower room with a toilet. A standout feature of the room is a beautiful freestanding bath for guests to make the most of the ambiance in this room. Bedroom two is a Double Bedroom and comes furnished with a King Size Bed and also has an ensuite shower room with a toilet. The third bedroom is a Double Room and features doors which open out onto the conservatory.

As you enter the property you arrive at a large hallway with a quirky dining area, perfect for family meals. From here you will find a separate lounge, which is spacious and well-furnished and includes a FLATSCREEN SMART TV with SKY TV. FREE WIFI is available for holiday lets (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider).

The property has a modern kitchen which is equipped with a GAS RANGE COOKER - DISHWASHER - AMERICAN FRIDGE/FREEZER INSTANT HOT WATER TAP - WINE FRIDGE - MICROWAVE. The property also benefits from a utility room with the added convenience of a WASHING MACHINE.

Leading from the kitchen is a spacious conservatory with garden views, a dining area and a seating area with a sofa and a SMART TV.

The accommodation has a separate shower room with a toilet. From the light-filled conservatory, patio doors lead to the patio area, lawn area and decking. The decked area offers rattan furniture for guests to relax in this outside space.

The property is accessed via gates and the private driveway generously offers parking for up to three cars.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
Linen & towels included for holiday lets are provided by Resort 2 Us. Fully house trained dogs are accepted at this property. GAS/ELECTRIC - INCLUDED.

This property enjoys a prime location nestled between the lively Southbourne Grove, bustling Boscombe High Street, and stunning sandy beaches. Southbourne Grove, a lively area brimming with cafes, bars, restaurants, and diverse shops, is just a 15-minute walk away. Nearby at Fishermans Walk is a charming Victorian cliff lift descending to sandy beaches in Southbourne. The cliff top hosts a playground for children, a mini-golf course, and the popular Cafe Riva, which offers food and drinks. Boscombe provides a rich array of amenities. Boscombe High Street is home to numerous shops, high street stores, cafes, and restaurants. It is also ideal for an early morning swim at Boscombe Beach, which boasts its own pier, cafe and restaurant. A seasonal land train connects the promenade to the coastal town centre of Bournemouth, famous for the extensive shopping, dining, entertainment options, and award-winning beaches. Boscombe Chine is a picturesque woodland area with walking paths, playful squirrels, and a mini-golf course for added fun. If you’d rather slow your pulse than get the blood pumping, you can spend your time just being pampered in one our spas. We find it’s easier to get motivated with the sand between your toes and sea views on the horizon! You don’t have to go very far for rippling waves and sparkling seas.
