4 day stay in London

Room was quite good in a convenient location for public transport etc. lacked some final touches like no hand wash, tiny tea/coffee cups, no dish clothes. Only one set of towels for 5 nights not ideal. Very noisy lift near room.

Great Central Location

Stayed on a long overdue honeymoon. This location was very nearly perfect in terms of being near to everything we could need. Within a few blocks we had access to grocery stores, restaurants and transportation (trains, busses, tubes). Only a short couple of blocks to pick up keys and on the day of our departure we were able to securely store our luggage for a modest fee while we killed some time before departing via train to Canterbury. The flat was clean and well appointed and being on the top floor was nice & quiet with lovely views from the private rooftop terrace. If there was one complaint it would be the mattress. It squeaked, but only on my husbands side of the bed *laughing*

Executive Director

The flat is clean and newly done but it is in a seedy housing complex. It is not close to Kings Cross or to center. You need to go 3-4 blocks away to pick up and drop off keys. We got this place specifically because of the lift because we had huge suitcases but the list only went up to the 9th floor but this flat is on the 10th. Lastly, the flat was FREEZING because the window in the kitchen was open because the lock was broken and the heaters didn’t go up any higher. It is a safety hazard as well as being cold.
