The apartment has an open-plan design, featuring a fully equipped
kitchen for easy self-catering, a cosy 4-seater dining table, and a
lounge styled in neutral tones and brown leather offset with bright
accents for a stunning space that encourages rest and relaxation. The
lounge has a large flat-screen TV and leads to a large balcony with a
gas braai and seating for 6.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 5 guests. The
main bedroom boasts a queen bed, balcony access, and an en-suite
bathroom featuring a bathtub and shower. The second bedroom has a bunk
bed with a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on top, accessing
the shared bathroom featuring a shower.
Seaside Village is a secure complex located in Big Bay, just meters
away from the beachfront. Seaside Village L11 offers travellers the
convenience of nearby shopping opportunities and exceptional oceanfront
restaurants and bars. Bloubergstrand is well known as a year-round
playground with plenty to enjoy, no matter your interests. Furthermore,
Bloubergstrand offers a convenient route to the Cape Town City Centre
and is the entrance to the picturesque West Coast. Treat yourself and
explore the numerous charming towns, wine estates, and the magnificent
West Coast National Park.
Guests can spend their days indulging the nearby activities and their
nights enjoying the furnished balcony with a gas braai - the perfect
place to be on a chilly night!
In line with body corporate regulations, all local and international guests must be registered prior to arrival. To confirm your booking, guest verification is mandatory. Guests are required to provide full names, contact details, clear copies of ID or passports, vehicle registration (if applicable), and estimated arrival time. This information is used solely for security clearance purposes and will remain strictly confidential. Please note that failure to submit these details timeously may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
