Boat-N-Breakfast! Luxurious Accommodations Aboard a 44' Catamaran

The most fun way to visit America's Sailing Capital, on the water accommodations aboard the sailcat Zep Tepi!

Our catamaran is perfectly appointed for entertaining at one of the best marinas in Annapolis on Back Creek. Staying aboard the sailcat provides a unique experience like none other, with the historic downtown Annapolis or charming Eastport only a Water Taxi away. The accommodations are perfectly appointed to host your party, wether three couples or a family of six!

The spacious interior provides a fully stocked galley with a 2 burner stove and oven, microwave, Nespresso coffeemaker (we'll supply the Nespresso bubbles), refrigerator, freezer and ice-maker. When the harbor has gone tranquil, and it's time for bed, we have a large stateroom with ensuite bath and captains office/walk-closet, and two comfortable aft queen bed cabins with a shared bath. There is heat for the winter and air conditioning for the summer, wifi and Apple TV for entertainment, and just about all the creature comforts one could need for a stay aboard vacation on the water!

Relax and enjoy the watching the boats go by on Back Creek, soak up the sun at the pool or take the Water Taxi for a trip to downtown Annapolis or charming Eastport restaurants. There is something beautiful about staying on the water that stimulates the senses and creates cherished memories.

Annapolis Adventure on the Zep Tepi!

We thoroughly enjoyed sleeping on the Zep Tepi during our recent trip to Annapolis. Plenty of comfortable space and amenities on both the boat and marina. Chelsea was extremely responsive to any questions. Highly recommend!!!!

A Unique and Enjoyable Experience

I was looking for a safe and unique getaway for my wife and me to celebrate our anniversary. When I came across this listing, I knew my search was over. Located in a Back Creek marina minutes from the Annapolis City Dock, the Zep Tepi provided us the location, privacy and safety (in this COVID environment) all wrapped up in an element of “cool” because our hotel room was a boat. Chelsea was available seemingly all hours to answer both the important questions (what’s this switch do?) and the dumb ones (what’s a head?). Her communication was quick and empathetic. I recommend this rental if you’re planning to be in the Annapolis area, especially if you’re a Landlubber like me - and want to travel safely.

Marina, Water, Boats and Relaxation

We went to Annapolis to relax and enjoy crabs in Crab Town and loved the option to stay on a boat instead of a house or hotel. Chelsea was a great communicator and we would stay again in a heartbeat.

Unique way to get away

We needed a short break from our telework isolation and this hit the spot. There were a few issues with the boat, but the host was very communicative and helpful in sorting things out.

A Perfect Escape

This was truly a perfect escape. We enjoyed disconnecting on this lovely vessel. With all necessary conveniences at our fingertips and the marina was perfect. We enjoyed the sun on the deck and the a/c down below (which is one of the best ac units I've experienced!) Chelsea was very sweet and responsive with any questions we had. We love the Zep Tepi and look forward to our next visit with her!

Relaxing birthday/Father’s day weekend

Decided last minute to plan a getaway weekend. So thrilled Zep Tepi was available! It was our first time staying on a boat and we were not disappointed. Our family of 6 fit very comfortably on ZT. Chelsea was wonderful to work with. She sent very clear check-in instructions and replied to all questions very quickly. We hope to return again someday.

Overall an awesome experience!

It is a beautiful catamaran and quite comfortable. The only downside to our stay was the master cabin windows and hatch leaked the first night after a rainstorm, and soaked in to the mattress, so we were unable to stay in that room at all. That was disappointing, but since there were only the 2 of us we transitioned to one of the other cabins and slept well with the soft rocking of the boat. Chelsea was wonderful and communicative and we absolutely enjoyed dealing with her. Once the master cabin issues are dealt with I would highly recommend vacationing here!

Clean and beautiful location

Wonderful weekend on the boat. Very relaxing. Easy to get to downtown Annapolis with water taxi. Clean marina with beautiful showers. Chelsea was extremely helpful and answered questions quickly along the way. We will be back. Thank you for sharing your beautiful boat with us.

Amazing! Highly recommend!

Attention US Naval Academy parents looking for a change from the Annapolis hotel routine: Zep Tepi should be at the top of your list. There were 5 adults in our group and everyone was very comfortable. We took the water taxi to and from DTA/USNA and avoided traffic and parking hassles entirely. Chelsea is an incredibly gracious, patient and pleasant hostess. Highly recommended!

Perfect way to enjoy Annapolis

Zep Tepi could not be a more perfect home away from home in Annapolis! Well-appointed with pretty much everything you need. Slept and accommodated 6 adults comfortably. The host was easy to work with, provided helpful information and quickly responded to questions. The marina facilities are outstanding. You can shower on the boat, but we recommend using the shore facilities. Extremely comfortable and immaculate! (As long-time boaters, we’ve seen everything and Port Annapolis gets 5 stars, too.) A large grocery store is just up the street for any last minute provisions. Downtown Annapolis and the harbor are a short water taxi ride away with pick up/drop off right on site. Staying aboard ZepTepi was one of the best aspects of our trip. Definitely would return again in the future.

Really nice & unique way to experience Annapolis

Chelsea was very easy to work with and the boat was comfortable and very well equipped. We did not cook at all on the boat, but enjoying coffee on the deck in the morning was beautiful. There are showers at the marina if you would prefer a bit more room. Great place to stay!

Fantastic weekend in Annapolis

Spent a weekend for a special birthday, everything was perfect, the Zep Tepi is a beautiful boat with 3 great bedrooms and galley with everything you need. Took the water taxi to the harbor for a terrific dinner. Would be great for a Navy football game. Owner were great to deal with.
