Tastefully decorated fully-equipped Eastport Annapolis house with water views

Our renovated 3 story house is located on the peninsula of Eastport, Annapolis. We are across the street from a small marina and have views of Back Creek. With 3 bedrooms, 2 and 1/2 bathrooms, we sleep 6 adults or older children. We are an easy walk across the Spa Creek bridge into downtown Annapolis, but why bother when you can visit the excellent bars and restaurants in Eastport itself. Davis' Pub, featured on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives, is less than 200 feet away and a variety of local and nationally known restaurants such as Chart House and Ruths Chris are a very short walk away on the small Eastport peninsula. Parking is on-street but unlike downtown Annapolis, it is easy to find a spot.

Please note: this house is not suitable for young children or pets. We have steep stairs and fine rugs and furniture.

Property owners/hosts were kind and available.Home is perfect and the pictures accurately portray it.Home location worked great for our visit to Annapolis. Easy walking distance to Davis Pub, Carroll's Creek, downtown Annapolis and the Naval Academy. Parking was never a problem. I highly recommend this property!

We loved everything about this house--the location, neighborhood, cleanliness, and decor. It was perfect for us in every way. It was comfortable and beautiful. We loved being near the water and walking through the neighborhood. The Eastport vibe feels different from Annapolis. Although we love both, Eastport feels more relaxed and laidback and we appreciated that. And the owners were so nice and easy to work with.

Will stay here again and again. House was exactly as pictured/ listed. The owners were accommodating and helpful from the moment we booked until the moment we checked out. Beds were cozy, towels were soft and the kitchen was well stocked. Fun to walk to restaurants and pubs in the area. We decided to rent a car last minute and it was always easy to find street parking. Highly recommend this property!

Great place and location

This is a great place with a great location in Eastport. We stayed here during the Annapolis Boat show with our team, well equipped kitchen and Davis Pub next door. Big patio with grill, spacious and very nice. We hope to be back next year!

Nice stay

It is a very nice house with lots of room for my wife and I our 3 teenage kids and my mother-in-law. Great location with nice little restaurants and bars within walking distance. It is a quick drive away from all the great locations in Annapolis. the Harbour is right across the street with a nice little public sitting area and a park right down the road for young kids. There is a wonderful back yard/deck area for BBQ or eating take out. The well-manicured yard was nice to admire while hanging with family. Communication with owners was easy and check in and out was flawless. Very clean home and well supplied kitchen and lots of towels, washcloths, and sheets. Keep in mind there are two flights of stairs to the master and tv area (which was no problem for us) but maybe for other families. If we are every staying in the area again, we would for sure stay there again. Davis Bar (which is literally steps away) was a cool little bar with nice staff to have a few cocktails and grab a late-night bit to eat and are.

Perfect home in a perfect, safe location

My family and I would give this home 10 stars if possible. Hosts are absolutely amazing, welcoming, and shared advice about local eats and places to unwind. Perfect location for our USNA plebe to relax on parents weekend. Well appointed with everything to cook your own meals and walking distance to many great places. Extremely clean and comfortable. Will definitely be going back!

Eastport Annapolis perfect Thanksgiving!

We love Annapolis for the boats, shops, and history. This home is across the street from several marinas, walking distance to wonderful shops and restaurants in a historic neighborhood just a block from a maritime museum. Our family enjoyed the Thanksgiving holiday weekend at this wonderful home. Very well appointed, perhaps the best equipped VRBO that we have experienced. The owners were exceptionally responsive, easy checkin and checkout and very helpful with all questions and requests.

Wedding Weekend

We loved this house, it had enough space for my family and I to stay. It was a great location, close to downtown and the Eastport shopping center and restaurants. a great spot to stay in town that allowed us to stay without renting a car.

2023 Commissioning Week

We had an excellent experience as we celebrated the graduation and commissioning of our son. The owners were very engaging and welcoming from the time we booked the property a year in advance of our big day. I am extremely thankful that Vera called us and let us know that the house was ready ahead of the 4pm check-in because she knew our time for the Superintendent's reception was at 5pm. This was a TREMENDOUS help in lowering the anxiety of getting ready for the reception after traveling 8 hours to Annapolis. The home was exactly as presented on the website and every detail was well thought out, including the Prosecco that was left in the fridge for us when we arrived. Everyone in our party of six found their sleeping arrangements comfortable. When we weren't on campus for events, we were able to relax on the deck or upstairs in the living area on the 3rd floor. Finally, since she didn't have a group scheduled to check-in after us, Vera was thoughtful in offering a late check out on Sunday. Although we decided to head home early to attend a graduation program we didn't know we would have when we booked, we definitely would have taken her up on the offer. We were exhausted after all of the activities the Naval Academy had scheduled and one more day to sleep in would have been perfect. Thank you, Vera and John, for a memorable Commissioning Week!

Perfect house in a perfect location.

Eastport Annapolis house was the perfect house for our long weekend in Annapolis. First the location. We were able to walk to everything (we are walkers and love to explore). In the morning we walked to the marina with our coffee and tea and then headed into downtown Annapolis. The house is tastefully decorated and the kitchen is fully stocked. The beds are super comfortable. The back patio was perfect for our breakfast in the morning. Thank you John and Vera for sharing your home. Highly recommend renting this property.

Perfect house!

Excellent choice and would rent again without hesitation. Owners were accommodating and welcoming, including a complementary bottle of cava on our arrival. Beds were comfortable, linens were great, a/c worked well, kitchen well equipped and a great back yard with nice outdoor furniture. While not an issue for us (all 55+), there are three floors with taller than normal stairs and late night parking might require walking a block or so. Proximity to nearby pub was good if you wanted to eat/drink there and did not cause any noise issues at the house, indoors or out.
