The Neighborhood:

If you ask, all Portuenses say that the best of GAIA, is the view to PORTO, we don't know if it's true, but the main ATTRACTIONS of this city are at BEIRA-RIO.



The apartment's LOCATION allows you to be close to the subway, which can take you directly to the center of PORTO, or if you prefer, you can walk while soaking up the views of the RIVER uniting the two once rival cities.



To sharpen your CULTURE, be sure to visit the Monastery of SERRA DO PILAR and take a picture with a 360º view of PORTO and the RIVER. Since you are so close, an advice for RELAXING: take an afternoon to have a PIQUENIQUE while watching the sunset at the JARDIM DO MORRO, to the left of the top deck of LUIZ I POINT. Don't forget to experience a TOUR of the various PORT WINE CAVES in the city of Gaia.



Getting Around:

Located in the heart of the city center, our residence ensures seamless connectivity to Porto's most iconic attractions. Just a brief 5-minute stroll will lead you to the enchanting Jardim do Morro, a picturesque garden offering a serene retreat and breathtaking views. For effortless exploration, the metro station is conveniently situated within the same proximity, providing easy access to the diverse cultural and historical wonders that Porto has to offer. Enjoy the convenience of swift and efficient transportation options, allowing you to navigate the city with ease during your stay.



Other Things to Note:

- Check-in begins at 15h00;



- Check-out ends at 11:00; after that time you will be charged midnight and if you want to leave after 14:00 you will be charged for the whole night.



- Our space is 'Self-Catered'! We offer a welcome kit with toiletries for the first day. These are complimentary treats! For replacements or replenishments, we provide them at an extra cost;



- Enhance your stay with additional services available, such as extra keys, extra cleaning and extra linen. For more information on these amenities and their rates, please contact us;



- We ask that all guests complete a registration form in accordance with local legal obligations in Portugal. This form will be sent to you once your booking has been confirmed.



- The Tourist tax in Vila Nova de Gaia has a cost of 2,5€ per night. This amount is per person up to 7 nights. Payment must be made through the platform after your reservation is confirmed.



- An additional fee of €49 per stay applies for the provision of a baby cot, ensuring a comfortable and secure space for your little one during your visit.



- We are fans and supporters of sustainable causes. In this sense, the value of utilities (water, internet and electricity) is included up to a maximum value of €150 / month. The excess will be charged through the platform.
