Beautiful and spacious accommodations in Lucca

Our family of six enjoyed this beautiful apartment and its modern, clean and spacious rooms. It was perfect for our several days in Lucca. Everyone had room to relax and having a chance to do our laundry was key. Each bathroom needed more toilet paper and it would be nice if the showers had a shelf for items. Otherwise, it was lovely!

Dear Jerry, Thank you for choosing our apartment for your family stay in Lucca and for sharing your kind words about our modern and spacious rooms. We are delighted that everyone had enough space to relax and that the facilities met your needs. Thank you also for pointing out the areas where we can improve. We take all guest feedback seriously, and we have already shared your note about the toilet paper with our team to ensure larger groups are always fully stocked. We also think your idea about adding shower shelves is excellent and will look into them. We are so glad that you had a lovely stay, and we hope to have the pleasure of hosting you and your family again. Best regards, Lucca Apartments and Villas Team

Amazing apartment in a perfect location.

The apartment is spacious and well equipped. It was in a perfect location for our 4 week stay in Lucca, very quiet but just a short stroll away from everything we needed. We had some noise from the apartment above us, the sound insulation could have been better. Didn’t spoil our holiday though!

Second year in Lucca

The apartment is comfortable and beautiful, the owners clearly thought of everything that was needed to make their guest comfortable. We very much appreciated the brilliant service Lucca Apartment and Villas have provided from the beginning to the end of our stay. Elizabeth, our contact, knows the apartment inside out. She was generous with her time whenever we had a question and there was never an instance where we felt we were bothering her (which I’m sure we were :) Grazie mille! The WiFi in two of the bedrooms did not work, the waste deposal in the kitchen was not working.
